Today I will be sharing a product review on a portable Air Conditioner made by New Air the AC-14100E. I've been testing it out the past couple months. First I had to wait till the temps warmed up lol, but summer finally arrived with a vengeance and I was so happy we had this amazing air conditioner to use. I'll be sharing all the features and included items with the air conditioner and of course how I have used it in my home. Hope you enjoy!

I love this AC! Sorry I have to add a BUT - depending on how much humidity you have in the air you will want to have a drain hose setup to frequently drain the unit or you will empty it many times a day. I live in Los Angeles and have to keep a constant eye on it or it will shut off from the water tank being full. If you are lucky you will have a dry climate and just to have to fill the water jug a few times a day - which you MUST do in a dry climate or it simply will not cool - as I also learned on a the dry days. I also found it works better on the really hot days to give it a head start when it is still cool in the morning if the area to be cooled is anywhere near the max size it recommends. Enjoy and stay cool!
That was a big help with draining the water!!!, because it kept shutting off.
How do i get a replacement remote. Or equivalent that will work. I no master make this same machine but they dont make it anymore. Tried universla remote but non cover newair or master in ther lists?
Very informative product review. I do not have that exact brand but I do have a portable A/C and it has saved us twice while waiting on the A/C guys. TFS

I have a sharp portable AC. I have a problem with emptying the water . They are always so low on the bottom of the unit that I find it hard to empty it.

I have a similar one in my sunroom, even though I have central air in there! It still gets hot in there because of all the windows and I live in the south! love mine!! I also have an electric fireplace to supplement the heat in the winter!!

I would say "warm" - just felt it and it is 105 in LA today. Nothing at all to be concerned about ... the hose that is.
