Wichita St. wasn't capitalizing on Indiana's misses/opens and in the 10th when they finally had their shot to win their boy whiffs a 10 pin! Should've kept Spencer Robarge as the anchor!
Good show. I noticed that the audio cut out about three or four different times in the video during the women's portion of the show. Also, I have a question. During the women's portion of the show, they were discussing about being clean when releasing the bowling ball. What is meant by being clean on the release? Do they mean how fast the hand comes off the bowling ball at the release point? Or is it how smooth the hand comes off the bowling ball at the release point? Thanks, and have a great evening.
I have been watching the PBA since 1979, which indicates I am a big fan of televised bowling and watch it all - men, old men, women (CDB's entire career), and kids. I understand these are competitive players and the coach imposes motivational behaviors, but it hurts me deep down to see bowlers high five whiffing of the 4 pin. That is like congratulating your dog for pooping on the bed. It insults the viewers or at a minimum makes us think the players don't know what you are supposed to do when you go competitive bowling. I missed a 4 pin a month ago and tomorrow night that is going to be rubbed in again instead of me getting high fived. We low five in our league and reserve high fives for 300s, which two of our opponents got in the first game two weeks ago.
I looked into Pro PBA bowling and found and Elite League and I got happy, “oh goody, teams to watch and choose” but I was very disappointed. Great bowlers, strong game-however, I could hear some very foul language being tossed out on the lanes by the teams and the egos were way too inflated-not very humble, as a sports team, professionalism and respect is and always has been key between professional sports because families watch these games. I just think they need to keep it clean knowing that the mics are set up to live broadcast and record for viewers at home and for replays and such, and I just feel it needs to be clean, respectable and reflect that true team spirit. Be humble. That’s what I see in College bowling. The women are actually very humble, respectful and yet happy and know how to have fun and still make it accessible for the whole family. It’s very wholesome so far. So I prefer Collegiate Bowling.
Lot of bowlers using reactive now on right sided spares (for right handers) and vice Versa for the lefties by just flatting your hand out and throwing it (Kris Prather and Norm Duke are 2 that come to mind), doesn’t always work and that’s exactly why they lost that match. Just a tiny bit of hook at the end cost them the match
I hate college bowling. Their coaches think they're mad scientists when it comes to lineups/order. If you keep Robarge in the anchor spot, it's a lights out win.
No way!! That ending was crazy😱
Great job bowling😊😊😊👏👏👏

It's more of a physical feel instead of just how the ball roll looks downlane
Alex Horton my guy! Glad to see him there! Trying to make my way on the show someday too
A brutal ending but it’s one tournament, you gotta have a short memory to keep the head up high
High fives for everything! Awesome
Madison Janack is the best anchor Bowler from the Wichita State in the Women's Collegiate Championship.
And she's dating Packy!
Relax Packy
It was a crazy finish in the 2nd game in the Men's Collegiate Championship.

Was that music playing at the event? How annoying for them. 😳
With any luck they can bowl a non televised major one day
1:13:27 First 2-4-10 split
1:22:15 Really, another 2-4-10 split???
1:28:35 Not the moment I have realized...

Imagine not having Spencer as the anchor when he is one of the best 5 bowlers on the planet
@@thisoneguy6280 was Spencer not announced as who would be bowling 5th? Did they mess the order up? I’m confused
@@Aydapt They put him in the 4 hole the last game
Cool tech bowling pba professional bowling
I’m sorry. But either Spencer or Ryan is anchoring for me
Ryan Barnes should be their ankle. Go to his UA-cam channel and watch him beat Spencer
