60+ Young Women from the manufacturing shopfloor interacted with Ms Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Executive Chairperson, Biocon & Biocon Biologics, in an interactive & engaging session. The session saw an exchange of ideas, how women are breaking stereotypes, and showing the world women can excel in pharma manufacturing and production. "I, as a woman, believe that women can excel at any job. I want women to show that they can be meticulous in performing manufacturing operations," said Ms Mazumdar-Shaw addressing the women employees.
