I agree with you but everyone has their own mentality how they make notes.Long notes is good for backup in explanation and we should make short notes for exam point of view just in bullet form if you have strong concept of a topic which you studied.

Nabiha yes u r right we are supposed to prepare overall whole question but in paper they will ask any one or two parts of pakistan ideology like they may ask about role of personalities or may ask about only two personality or about language controversy and factors etc

Anyway, intermediate k bad Political Science mein BS ya phir IR krwana sub se best rahega kyun is se na sirf bachy ka Pakistan affairs Wala subject cover hoga bulke Constitutional law/International law, current affairs, US History etc mein bhi help hogi
BS English mein knowledge confined reh jaega, English ki basics intermediate tak ban jayen phir agy masla nahin hota. BS Political Science ya bachelors k bad IR bachy ko kam se kam 300 marks directly aur baqi indirectly cover krwa dety hain
