Doktor houseman memang untuk didera oleh senior Dr. Saya sudah perhatikan cara kebanyakkan doktor pakar-2 atau senior MO melayan houseman ini macam hamba abdi...Cuba la you all pegi kat Hospital dan tengok sendiri. Waktu makan atau minum Houseman memang takde. ..pernah i jumpa Dr Houseman makan sorok-2 di dlm tandas. Tengok video diatas pun dah boleh bayangkan layanan kepada Houseman. Waktu kerja masuk pukul 7 pagi balik pukul 10 mlm semasa tagging. .. Menteri kesihatan apa cete ni. Keesokkan pagi Houseman itu letih dan moral semangat kerja itu kosong. Kalau di layan Houseman macam ini , qualiti bakal Dr. yang dilahirkan memang rendah .

Masalah buli ni di mana pun ada. Cuma maksimum @ kurang . Jadi guru pelatih pun saya nampak perkara ni. Semua jenis kerja di arah guru pelatih buat sedangkan mereka akan dinilai oleh pensyarah atas skill mengajar dan sekolah juga akan beri markah.Bukan buat semua kerja. Kebanyakan guru pelatih tidak berani nak complaint.Saya guru lama, bekas pelajar sekolah saya jadi guru pelatih di sekolah saya mengajar. Dia tanya saya apa tanda kemurungan sebab dia dah rasa tak mampu nak teruskan. Dia beritahu juga kawannya dah berhari- hari tak tidur. Mungkin insomnia kerana terlalu stress. Kesian bila lihat masalah buli ni. Kepada senior , pelatih ni bermaksud mereka perlu dilatih dan diberi tunjuk ajar bukan di buli. Macam mana mereka nak perform kalau mental mereka pun tidak sihat.
Boleh ke buat 1 video pasal doktor yg terjangkit with HCV/HIV? What to do to if you're still determined to continue working? I heard kena ditukarkan jadi doctors in admin? Would you be penalised by MMC? Would admin reveal your status among staff - isu confidentiality?

Follow procedures yg buatkan ramai meninggal. Ikut procedures tapi x study in detail overcome masalah kesihatan pesakit. To much of painkiller and antobiotik will worsen the patient self concious. Tak semua doktor tahu nak buat study pesakitnya kecuali nak kan title doktor sahaja. To bad

May I know is it mandatory to serve in Malaysia's government or public hospital for a Malaysian graduated from overseas renowned medical university who already has 7 years of working experience as a specialist (surgeon) before he/she can apply for a position in Malaysia's private hospitals?

hi there ! its very much possible to sign up back to housemanship if you've quit before. there's steps for sure , but im sure you could clarify it with MMC. may i ask why you intend to join back housemanship despite already quitting ?
@@abangridhwan5828 thank you for your advice, and I'm at mmc now they is there is possibility for me to get back into housemanship. I'm facing alot of problem financial, I couldn't find any suitable job after quitting HO, so that's the reason I wanna reapply.

How much A's needed from a spm student to start joining medical? Is it possible for me to make it to medical world if i give up on addmath?
At least straight A-. Because even if you get 4flat during your foundation/matrik the uni still consider your spm. For addmath, I think that you should consider taking it because most asasi/matrik still need you to take it, for acceptance.

On the contrary, once you graduate from medical school you will definitely get a job as a houseman.

@@lowsoonyan1734 no worriess. i suppose thats the current issue at the moment. once after finishing HO, theres another 2 years of MO contract service , then the future of these MO contracts are unknown. we'll have to wait and see what happens

Hi! Does anyone know what it mean by "post-full registration clinical experience"? Does it mean HO?
When you receive full registration , hence after HOship training
Abang Ridhwan Thank you for responding. Another question, when is someone considered qualified to registration as a medical practitioner, under the Medical Act 1971 (Act 50) of Malaysia. Is it after we graduated or after we finished our HO?

Sadly lower than the their HO counterparts , roughly 3.5K +

Nak tanya boleh ke buat housemanship dekat hospital universiti sebab jarang dengar
so far kalau tak silap hanya 3 hospital sahaja boleh , husm , hukm and ppum. mybe in the future they will open more
