Hi Jimmy thanks for your video. It's really appreciated work. I have seen your video full without missing any step and I have done all thing same but Unfortunately still I receive emails in junk. Can you please help me? How it's not working?

Any chance you ever use ElasticEmail through Cloudways as an SMTP? Maybe it's just easier to set up SendGrid every time you onboard a new mail customer? I set up currently run all my customer's website emails through my gsuite smtp server (so all their notifications come from my 1 business email), and I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way to get them the wordpress form submissions, but from themselves. Any advice appreciated!
@@_jimmyrose I appreciate the quick reply! Thank you, Jimmy. Last question, and to be clear, does that mean you use SendGrid on every site you manage emails for?
Hey Jimmy, thanks for that video. Good job! I have a question. Can we check in Sendgrid reports which e-mails (e.g. transactional) have been delivered or bounced? I mean the list of e-mail addresses, not just the number of e-mails.
Yeah each email should have a status, and any hard bounced emails should show in the block list It's worth mentioning that I no longer use sendgrid and have switched to postmark

Jimmy what's the difference between services like Sendinblue, mailgun, sendGrid and services like mailchimp and active campaing? can they be used at the same time? o you just pick one..
The first lot are transactional. The second lot are for marketing. Transactional means emails sent based on an action. Like "someone signed up for my tool, so send them an email about their new account", or a password reset for example Some of the transactional services also include marketing tools though - just to muddy things up :)
Great info Jimmy. Thanks for the rich info. I have one problem though. After following all the steps, my webmail does not receive emails from my Wordpress site anymore not even from the contact form on the website.
