to hell with playpen just fuck that shit worst track in any game hands down i still cant get first there, but at least with second place the rest of the tournament is smooth sailing
keep in mind that in most racing games and this one in particular, the ai has pre determined spots. This is why you will see some cars have crazy speed in the beginning, but then slow down later. They're getting to their designated placement. It's always a good idea to use your nitros in the last couple of laps.
honestly, I can't remember. Not to many. What makes it harder for me, is using different cars for footage purposes, otherwise i'd use only like 2 or 3 cars haha. One tip i can give you. The AI is predetermined their spots before the race even starts, that's why you see some cars zoom ahead in the beginning and then slow down. So I'd HIGHLY suggest saving nitros for the last 2 laps.
Yeah, I try to save my nitro but then if I do anything short of perfection it seems like I'm guaranteed to place second or worse. And on a track like Playpen where it's so difficult to get around the other cars...
The windows are tight, that's for sure. Keep at it though! You'll feel great once you conquer it! For playpen, I'd recommend the Duster ( that yellow car ), it's got fantastic speed and handling.
More akin to the Top Gear series back on the SNES. Infact, more like Top Gear 2 specifically. The guy who worked on the music to Top Gear does the music in this game. If you're on the PS4, it's one of the free games next month. Otherwise, it's still worth the buy!

@@SHADOW3 thanks, turns out i was using nitros at wrong time at the last track which caused me to get 2nd or 3rd place lol

How many tries did this take you? I tried this tourney last night and it kicked my ass every time, especially Playpen.
