Not entirely certain but I have a suspicion the missing disc might be bugged. I’ve cleared 13 full trial chambers so far (each one with a full round with no ominous effect and a full round with) and have got loads of every other disc except normal creator disc. More testing needed

If you go back side of the vault and see if core is visible or not if it is visible then open it it has more changes
It took me 25 ominous vaults to get my first heavy core 😭😭
I also try ominous trials to but when i fighting husk he also have diamond sword

Cringy you should play the bedrock edition hardcore mode, its much much harder then the java edition one, it will give you a real challenge
