What is the engine of number 9 that was used, it looks similar to a cn o-18a however the only difference is the headlamp placement, I was wondering if you could clarify it for me plz :3 (great video btw)

Eastern PA Railfan The 9 is only run about six days a year. This was its first trip for the season.
9 also mainly runs for farmers market trains sometimes too
