Love how simple and methodical this tutorial is Adam, really easy to follow and the quality and details is amazing as always, greatly appreciated as always 🙂
Great to see the unedited workflow. Also great that you also retain the parts of the video which other content creators would have edited out - but leaving them in helps show some of the many hurdles you can come across when attempting the mixdown process and how best to overcome them.
I love how real you keep it! Yes some of your notes were way out of key. You could have easily edited that out, but instead you left it. You don't put on a show of "perfection". This shows your level of confidence and professionalism. The track is awesome by the way! I would love to re-work some of my old tracks but I have at least 3 others that I am eager to get started on once I finish my remix. Keep up the great work Adam!

Oh and by the way... It's J'aime Trance.. which is French for "I like (love) trance. Not the first name Jaime. Lol 😂
Haha, thanks for the clarification! Good catch.
Solid video. How long are the other parts of the series and roughly how long does a full track take to do a mix down on, theoretically?
I am not sure yet, but id say about the same or maybe a taf longer. It takes me around 1 full day ish id say bud
Adam; you didn’t use RBass on the sub! How come? Not needed as it was punchy enough?
This was from my old Moog Hardeare synth mate.
Adam; I’m still on about 2 versions previous of Logic, so I don’t have the Mastering function to name one. So you recommend not to update? Why?
No. Don’t update. Caused me nothing but issues.
is there a reason you dont just leave it at zero then turn the master channel to - 5 at the end?
This was just the way I was taught many years ago by a famous mastering guy :)
