How to fix Configuration Parser Error

If you receive the Configuration Parser Error the issue is related to the NET Framework. Check the video and you will see how it can be fixed.
The error pop-up might also contain the next messages:
(C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\config\machine.config)
(Parser returned error 0x80004005)

My error was for the normal Framework not the 64 folder so used the same fix for that. Thanks!
