It's amazing how good of an actor William Zabka is. He was rather one dimension in the original "Karate Kid" but he really showed an acting range in "Cobra Kai" any actor would be proud of, imo. My favourite scenes were always of him and Ralph. They made the show great.

Sometimes I feel like Zabka leans into the Johnny Lawrence character for his real life persona, just because he knows that's how the public perceives him. I remember old interviews of Zabka when he was younger from the 80s, 90s, 2000s, and he didn't act anything like Johnny.
