I know exactly which track you are talking about. It's the theme used for the Phantom Troupe, and it's it's pretty much just the Dance of the Knights from Romeo and Juliet.

This is an excellent list with some new ones for me. The only one I wouldn't seek out again is Dvorak's waltz Opus 22.
