@@ChazFMTBChronicles don’t hurry in your assumption… it’s a travers of the mountains, the wether was bad so we cut short this day route and it’s not boring at all, just wait for the other episodes :)
@@ChazFMTBChronicles also, it’s not the standard hiking haute route because that one has a middle portion where you just carry your bike for 1 2 days but has more beautiful sightseeing… we tried that also a few years back and this time we adapt it to mor bike friendly trails :)
I'm sure there's very beautiful views to see along the route , but I have also watched as many Haute route videos as possible, and all of them have a ridiculous amount of hike a bike , but the pay off is not Amazing trails to ride ( as a mountain biker) , YES - Amazing views , but NOT AWESOME trails to ride - and for that amount of hike a bike and climbing where you can ride , the juice doesn't look worth the squeeze. Maybe a great hiking route . And so far in your videos it's been climbing fire roads, hiking up unrideable parts , and a few rolling flat uninteresting grassy sections. . My point is , for a MTBer , this is not the best holiday route to pay for and use up valuable vacation time on.
@ if you put it this way, for sure it’s not the best quantity of quality trails :). It’s a travers from Cham to Zermatt by Mtb and that its the main goal of doing this :). If i would of looking to send the best Mtb trails in my vacation probably I would look somewhere else like Madeira , finale ligure , stone king rally or bc 😁
Yo , i was thinking of doing the haute route , but man , that looks like the most boring mtb ride I've ever seen.
