When he said "to mod or not to mod" that touched me right in the feels man... I cried and let out tears from my eyes and white stuff in my pants and felt 5 stages of grief just hearing that quote from AHS
@@galm2pixy666 this is the first time I seen someone ask a comment to one of this folks. And what I mean by that is, people who made accounts years or longer, making a comment and poof. What were you trying to ask him about?
Monsters Plus and Ore Creepers are probably my favorites on this list. Ore Creepers are also super convenient, but I can assume they're very rare, since there's a diamond and emerald variant.
Would be interesting to see the creepers change old ores into their variant, and have coal creepers spawn near to diamonds and such so you need to think strategy before blowing them up and changing the diamonds to coal
One thing I love about AsianHalfSquat on full display here. Ancient Manuscript's mod page didn't sell me as it just seems a little like making it a time suck to find enchants when that's already variable enough. Their page is kinda meh on presentation. AHS: "Oh and you can add a diamond to increase the level." ^ That right there. That is something the modder should have on their page to help you see the benefit in making Enchant collecting a little more difficult cuz that pays off and should be in the header somewhere. Truly AHS is a gem of the community for just doing little things like this and still managing to upload on a semi-regular schedule.
Birch forest was one of the things I was really waiting for because it looked so cool but I was really disappointed when it wasn't added. Will definitely be downloading wondrous wilds.
I'm literally skimming curseforge almost daily for new high quality mods and you always seem to find insanely good ones that I still somehow missed out on omfg you're a sweet babyangel,, thanks for these!
the better combat mod is actually amazing. it even has a config option to show your arms in first person which is so awesome. not to mention it can be used on both forge AND fabric. i would definitely recommend it
I know you do newer versions of mods now but you should totally take a look at Illager Mods for 1.19.2 and oh boy I got a ton for you! I’ll name ten Savage and Ravage Hunter Illager Raided Ravage and Cabbage The Conjurer Leos Illagers Illager Revolution Illager Additions Dungeons Mobs It Takes a Pillage
Squat, you NEED To review "Essentials" This mod is super amazing but pretty underrated! It adds things like being able to make your Singleplayer world Multiplayer and having anyone across the world play with you! It also adds cosmetics with almost 15 FREE Cosmetics! You can review your screenshots in game too! Theres more stuff but this is my favorite mod and I think other people will enjoy it as much as I do!
Read through essentials terms of service and it appears they skim and sell lots of user data. It is not an indie mod project from a well intentioned member of our community, that much is clear just from looking at the official website. Not to mention the horribly expensive add-ons store that shouldn't even be allowed to exist at all under minecrafts mod rules
I recommend looking into Cracker’s Wither Storm Mod Its a Amazing mod Note:its incompatible with shaders as the game crashes to fix this you to either turn off Block Cluster Coloring or Block Cluster Rendering than it will work
Mannn I’ve been waiting for so long for many of these videos hoping my small mods might make it up on a list. One day maybe. Anyways good video!! Ill be trying some of these!
Bro... Why I didn`t see you before!! You completely make my day, couse - I wanted to make a realistic-vanilla minecraft for me and my friend, and I searched soooooo long time really good mods... Thank you!! You just kick out my door into good mods
Sometimes I wish we could just mash fabric and forge together to make one more open modding community, I use forge and I really want to use Do a barrel roll and sodium together because I'm running on a low end pc with over 20 mods on some modpacks. Amazing video tho.
INCLUDE THIS MOD IN THE NEXT VIDEO PLS, "deeplate tweaks" makes it so you can mine deepslate at the same speed as with stone (and yes that includes insta mining with haste 2 and efficiency 5 pickaxe). a great vanilla plus mod with only 400 downloads.
Play how you want, thats the great part of minecraft, but deepslate being harder to mine was not a glitch, so why remove it? Going deeper and deeper underground, at least after the caves update, was supposed to be part of the challenge of the game(and is more realistic) It's like making a mod that removes that pesky glitch where stone tools don't mine as fast as netherite tools.. it just breaks game progression in a way that doesn't add any benefit. And if it somehow still makes sense to you then I guess I just don't see why many people would need to hear about it via an AHS showcase is all
@@slimmingboy2694 okay sure, I did say to each their own. I just don't get it and I've never heard anyone complain about the games basic progression being too complex before. In fact I've heard people beg for deeper layers of harder stone types for years.
Some lesser known mods that I found pretty cool (They're all for Fabric fyi): Movement Vision by LudoCrypt (You can only see things that are in motion, or when you move your camera) (19k downloads) HotbarCycle by nyuppo (Gives you the ability to cycle through your inventory rows or just a single slot with configurable hotkeys) (3k downloads) QuitConfirm by CaaMoe_ (Brings up a confirmation menu when trying to leave a world or close the game in case you didn't mean to quit) (51k downloads) Super Secret Settings by ffxys (re-adds the super secret settings Mojang removed in 1.9. You can also add keybinds to switch between effects as well as disable it) (3k downloads)
Nostalgic Tweaks is my new favorite mod and I think it needs some attention. It's super detailed and customizable to the point where you can make minecraft (visually) 1:1 with whatever version you want. 1.2 is good but 2.0 is just amazing.
I scroll down to the description only to die a horrible death at the realization that the mods I wanted are for fabric Super glad I can get Ore Creeper and Combat roll though. Your videos have helped me find so many good mods, thank you man.
Merge Enchants is an amazing mod, allowing both silk touch and fortune on a single tool with a keybind to toggle silk touch on or off, it works better with fabric than forge
Can you pls make a playlist with all "turning minecraft into ...". I saw a video of yours about turning minecraft into elden ring, so cool. I want to see similar things you have also done (like Turning minecraft into a zombie apocalypse)
It might be an old mod, but Waystones adds in these randomly placed stone markers that can be named and used for fast travel, they can also be crafted or mined for personal use, probably OP but on repeat playthroughs it's way more convenient than conventional methods of travel.
DUDE I LOVE UR VIDEOS BECUSE WHEN I GET BORD You ALWAYS MAKE ME HAPPY WHEN YOU MAKE THE VIDEOS I KNOW I HAVE NEVER SEID THIS BUT You DONT KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE UR VIDEOS
I have a suggestion, the mod is called crispy’s wildlife and it’s a great animal mod as it adds reptiles, insects, mammals and more. The textures look realistic and there’s a large variety of creatures hopefully you see this!
Just wanted to drop in and say thanks for the videos! Without them I probably would have never actually made my own mod and released said mod recently, so thanks a ton! (I won't be linking or naming it here to not shill it)
You could probably check out minecraft mod: Parcool It's inspired by smart moving mod and has the crawl ability and climb ability along with other things.
Before I switched to Requiem I used Better Respawn to virtually disable beds and set the respawn zone to the max values, made death hurt a little more but not too much.
Maybe take a look at superior smithing, seems pretty interesting. It adds gilded armor and weapons (pretty sure it came before the 1.20 announcement) and it looks cool.
You should check out Valkyrien skies mod. Currently it's VS1, but they're working on VS2. It adds physics so you can create boats and airships. It's really cool and it has compatibility with a bunch of mods so you can make a flying base with an ME system if you want to and much more.
You should check out Windswept. It adds many many things, such as a new woodset, new zombie variant, new way to get leather, lots of flora, and several more
I'll try my luck here, i created a mod called ArtisticCraft in which i added 120+ paintings to the game and a lot of new discs, even though i created myself I can no longer create a modpack to play alone without Obs: It is available on Curseforge for 1.18.2
When AHS said "it's moddin' time" I felt down to my knees and starting sobbing. Absolute amazing video.

Do a barrel roll should be an option in some kinda ultra hardcore mode.
That would be the most challenging but fun thing to experience.
As someone who's played Ace Combat on expert controls, this is a must have for stellar flying.
Honestly is pretty easy after you get familiar it (I use direction key to control roll)
