you should send this to the states of California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
There are many people applying these principles in those states. However, they are fighting a battle against local governments who only put costs and legal challenges in front of them.

too much bare ground. Need more deep rooted perennial grass with planned grazing.
I am on the Ogallala aquifer. The farmers have drained more than half of it since the 50s. The chemicals the farmers use destroy trees and grass. Just type my channel name in and trees. I do a video every spring and fall to show the massive destruction to trees. We have China and Canada building a 2 mile long feedlot to use water we do not have. We can hope and wish all we want but big industry keeps pushing till they get what they want. It’s all through history and today. Step one people stop eating cows. We waste more water growing feed for cows and watering cows. We destroy forests for cows.
