I'm a Korean Canadian who's come back after 30 years and your images told the story of my experience exactly. One of the most amazing images of Seoul I've seen anywhere! An amazing work!!
dude, that is stunning work! everything is so smooth - story, flow, cinematography, sound design, transitions and this amazing day to night hyperlapse! Great job!
I like your vids. They've very creative, and they help us see the beauty you find in everyday places and events. Couple of suggestions, if you won't mind. First, I think you should vary the type of transitions you use from one scene to another. That will make the video less formulaic, and it will provide a bit of relief from the intensity of your current transitions. I'm thinking of fade to black, etc. Just for variety. On a similar theme, I suggest you vary the length of your scenes. Splicing together lots of 1-second scenes becomes a bit tiresome. But if you included some longer scenes I think the video would have a much more interesting flow. I hope these comments are helpful. Please keep making and posting vids. You've got it, my friend. You've got IT!
Love this kind of feedback, I find it super interesting as I'm too involved in my edit to get a sense of these things. I like the idea of throwing in some longer clips to let the video breathe! Appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback! I'll keep making :)
if I'm not mistaken, you did something in a recent delos vid...panning a shot of brian at the helm that midstream went into slo-mo for a few seconds, thought that was really cool
Hi Kiril can not say that Korea is in my travel list. But hell, I always admire your editing, Oh, that love of detail, of people, of birds, of the movement of everything. I love these slow moments when I travel, I look around and I have in my head exactly the same movie, every frame of any changes around is combined in my head one after another and I even hear music. I recently bought Sony Ax 53, uh I'm not sure I can implement all my ideas with it, but I'm working on it. Of course I share this video! ah in 0:59-1:01 love these matches with music-a great culmination!
Shascha hey! Exactly ..capturing all those small and indescribable moments is why I love making these videos! Glad you enjoyed it all and thanks for the lovely comment. Hope you make some awesome videos with your new camera! Are you still in Europe?
@@KirilDobrev Hey I don't know whether you may have seen a message that I sent to you through the SV Delos fb site? Anyhow, apart from that Kiril I can also let you know that your and Brian's SV Delos "Indian Ocean Sailing Trailer" was life changing profound for me and my life dreams/goals/plans! So I want to sincerely say thanks to you (and Brian) for this! : )
@@KirilDobrev Ja Bra. I'm already worked 3 full weeks. Now I'm almost going on holiday. You can mail me at pierre@dpk.co.za and lets talk. I've got a great idea already!!
0:21 hey why does the camera do that with that kind of lighting. It happened to me too during a festival i was filming, it messed up the video during editing.
Ah man this made me so upset when I saw it. It's caused when the frequency of the lights (it happens a lot with neon/ fluorescent lights) doesn't match the shutter speed. Next time just scroll through your shutter speeds until you find one that doesn't clash. There are some tricks to getting rid of it in post but they didn't work too well for me. UA-cam "get rid of camera flicker in premiere pro" - give it a try!
I'm not. I actually recently made the switch to Sony. I love Panasonic but they refuse to change their autofocus system which is something I am needing more and more these days.

Thank man, probably not enough backflips ;)
We are leaving Seoul in Dec 2018 after having spent 25 months in this city. This video makes me cry, it is simply beautiful. Thanks Kiril!

Great work! love the way you play with music and temple! genius!

Are you going to purchase the Panasonic Gh5 2 or the Panasonic Gh6
I'm not. I actually recently made the switch to Sony. I love Panasonic but they refuse to change their autofocus system which is something I am needing more and more these days.
@@KirilDobrev Oh ok yeah the autofocus is the problem I have with purchasing a Panasonic camera. I am also waiting on the Sony A74
