Would love to chat about your Piaggio build! I plan to do something similar - what do you do for storage of ingredients/toppings/dough? How many pies do you plan for at event like this one? Thanks in advance!
Hi Jake, we do mainly weddings and for this reason we have a van and we put the Ape on the trailer. The Ape has 300l fridge + 2 freezers 30l each. @boscarrelli has built the Ape for us.
@@bertinobrothersmobilefood2005 thank you so much for the info! I was wondering if a flatbed trailer or a van like you mentioned would be the best route for longer trips to certain venues… Is it tedious to load into the van? Do you load it in backwards & strap it down? Thank you again for the response!
@@jakesteele9597 it’s a tilt car trailer with air suspensions. I suggest to buy one as light as possible without ramps. It will be much easier for you to detach and park somewhere. Our is 600kg weight. www.tiltatrailer.com.au/trailers/trailer-models/full-floor-tandem-checker-plate/. We add a rear camera, we load it in 1 min.
@@bertinobrothersmobilefood2005 thank you so much!! That helps a ton!! I really appreciate that guys - hopefully I’ll be able to share some pics/videos my Ape build once its complete!
Absolutely! It will be a pleasure. We are planning to make some video tutorial regarding the Ape and and run a business, but we are too busy at the moment with 48 weddings in the next 7 months.
