First off - I’m a plus sized gal, so it’s hard enough to find trendy items that aren’t from Shein. I ordered one of these boxes based on an influencer who was sent one to advertise. Her box was so good - jeans, denim jacket and three really cute tops. I was so excited to try it out, but mine came with pastel rainbow leggings and some cheap ass, ugly, tops that I would see on a much older person. And that was back when it was $95 for a mystery box! So disappointed! Sorry you got taken for a ride from them too!!
OMG! I had the exact experience with this mystery box..."covid in the warehouse", "can't keep up with the requests", "your box was lost...sending another"...hilarious actually. My pieces when they finally came were awful - I got an acceptable pair of too long shorts, but at least they fit, a dress made for a 12 year old, and 3 navy blue tops...all super ugly.
This is so wild! I had almost this exact co versatile with Alina- screenshots and all! She assured me that it was correct on the website. I actually got a pretty awesome first box (but ordered a second and never again…maybe 😂) mine was also delayed, but due to their warehouse being hit hard with Covid. (This was May 2023)
I got lucky! After seeing this video I had already purchased this box and was regretting it but to my surprise mine wasn’t horrible. I got a really cute Calvin Klein jacket,two pairs of leggings,a Karen Scott sweater and one ugly shirt I will donate. Definitely not worth $55 but glad I got lucky.

Same issues I had but I had zero shipping info aside from label being created until notification it was delivered and that was second box as they “lost” the first…

Seems like the company is going under & getting rid of inventory in "mystery boxes." They'll go under & pop back u under a different name. Stop with the fast fashion. There's nothing good about it & it's extremely exploitative

They probably were inundated. Probably more orders than product. Therefore, we will tell everyone that contacts us that their box was lost while we try to obtain more product.

i tried them a million years ago (pre pandemic) and the box smelled SO SO SO strong of perfume. i kept one top and then ever wore it lol
