I wonder why an unexpected kind of magic occurs in this song with the two echoing random small words "little" and "it'll". Maybe because they just hang there for a moment, like a ball in a childish game, long ago...?
Agreed, and Welsh too? Not to mention all the training and experience? Only Boys Aloud, sang for Queen twice, West End Musicals, TV appearances...and it just keeps going. This young man is multi-talented. I just enjoy listening to him very much. He has such polished stage presence, makes me sad I am not in the UK to see him on stage live. A question: Why is the third "for me" sung "for mei"? I'd already noticed this with Loren Allred. Is there a technical reason for opening this vowel this way? Perhaps because this is a high note?

The mouth shape for EE tends to strangle off and quiet the sound. Most skilled/trained singers opt for singing it as AA or aah so that the wide open mouth can produce a fuller, louder, clearer sound. Same goes for UU.
