Wojapi is essentially a Compote made from berries. Boiled down in a pot into a thick sauce. You can add sugar or not, for best results add some Lemon juice as well. You're basically making a jam without any pectin or gelatin.

When Gordon Ramsay first came out, I used to hate this guy. But in time watching these shows, I really enjoy watching him now.
You grew to like him when so many do not understand what he is about and that is true passion for what he does. people fail to see why he gets so mad at other chefs who claim to have the passion he does and put out poor food. it's like a slap to his face when he hears that. i undetstand him because i live in his shoes a head chef that gets angry when lazy chefs claim they are doing their best when i know full well they can be so much better but are only in it for the money and not having passion for what the choose to do for said money.
