I whole heartedly agree on the hot water method over the hair dryer. Another well known reviewer on UA-cam tried to clown me for saying that but the hot water is by far the superior method.
@@karma3764 Boil some water, let it cool to where it stops bubbling, put it in a bowl or cup large enough to submerge the figure. Leave it in for about 45seconds to a minute and all the joints will loosen up. I do it to all my NECAS. Can also work for clothes figures just put it in a baggie before submerging it.
Predators are cool and all but does anyone else feel their articulation is a bit outdated especially compared to the new alpha and fugitive predators. Neca should also start making their hands with vertical hinged and hinged ankles. Toe articulation is also a joint i wish every line started implementing.
Man D I am beyond excited for this fig! Borg has such an amazing design all around. From the cyborg touches to the burnt titanium blue hue on his armor and then a kick ass sword on top of it all?? Man I've been waiting for so long to get a fig of him. Hopefully mine comes in sooner rather than later and I can work on others of the lost tribe. Keep up the good work!
Hey bro so i want to purchase this figure but im really confused because when i search for it, I see that sometimes it comes with 2 head pieces with his mouth open and closed and included the led masked piece and where i seen in other sites it just comes open mouth and led masked. Im trying to purchase the one with 2 head pieces open and closed mouth, and of course, the led mask. I hope you can help me out here. I hope to hear from you soon!
Hello Sir just got into the Neca Predators, and wanted to say thanks for the advice on heating the joints with water it works. My first one the leg joint at the waist was so stiff that it broke. Luckily the comic shop that sold it to me was able to do an exchange. Great advice and I enjoy your video reviews sir! Cheers
I noticed you mentioned that City Hunter is an older Ultimate. Can you tell me what exactly is the difference between newer Ultimate and the older Ultimate?
The first City Hunter had a short upper torso and short neck, also doesn't had those wirst joints and hinge movement, just simple ball joints like the ankles. Arround 2018 NECA released a second version, the longer neck and torso gave the predator better proportions and space to actually use the torso and head articulation.

I hope somebody could help this video was so insightful. I tried the hot water method but the hip in the left leg was still stuck. I tried to move it gently but now the peg from the right leg falls out of the left leg and everytime I move the right leg it fall more and more out to the point where I have to shove it back in and the joint any advice would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

This would be my next fave to Alpha Predator and on the third place would be the armored predator
I got a second of this figure to make a film accurate unarmored version. It was a simple part swap using armor pieces from my original 2012 figure.
