I had back pain with my 3rd son. Back when I had my boys, they really didn't give epidurals so I'm very glad you'll most likely have one. I can't wait to see the newest addition! Take good care of you and enjoy those babies! They grow up too fast! ❤❤❤

I have 4 kids two of them are twins. I’ll give you a little tip Lanie… for heart burn, drink pomegranate juice and preferably a one that you do at home!! Also eat raw almond with shell on it. I tried those in my pregnancy with my twins ( double the heartburn😂) and it worked 😊❤
