Lau chief and former military officer, Ratu Tevita Uluilakeba Mara, commonly known as Roko Ului, did not attend the Great Council of Chiefs meeting on Bau Island.
This was confirmed by the GCC Chair and Minister for i-Taukei Affairs Ifereimi Vasu, who said that Ratu Tevita was not part of the meeting yesterday.
