@@thedennisman8662 Hmm. Me personally i would say GG Thomas with 20 express coaches(yes this works on gordon's hill lol) and then switch to ballast to buy engines

Too bad this isn't possible to AFK. I've been refining a method of doing the express job AFK.
Hey, I know you posted this 4 month’s ago but just because here is the AFK method I’ve crafted for express:
I start at knapford and take the south most track of the mainline (switch to the middle track after wellsworth), then to vicarstown coming to platform 1/2. After, I use the loop line at Vicarstown yard and back onto the mainline this time with the north most track. At wellsworth, I go onto the loop line in direction of Callan, under the branch line via the tracks you would use for the sand job & to the 3-section girder bridge. After that I take the path that doesn’t lead to the pack yard, this take’s to the little western in the direction of tidmouth. Then past tidmouth shed’s via the 2-track line and, via the point’s behind knapford station to platform 1.
