I love Plarn! Thanks for the video. You can also stretch it once it’s Plarn and you make Plarn string. I have a video tutorial on my channel! Happy crafting🌎
Actually I have making twine style plarn. There is a pretty handy video on UA-cam for how to do it. Been spinning my twine all weekend and still have more to make
@@tourmelion9221Great ideas!! wouldn’t it be nice if somebody would learn how to do this in every household. They could make bag to take to the grocery store reuse over and over again. Great way to recycle.
BIG DISCLAIMER NEEDED I tried this but my plastic bags were thicker and made of harder plastic, so it was harder to cut, so my plarn ended up ropy and impossible to crochet with. Use THINK GROCERY BAGS only, as they are what are used in all of these videos.
For me anything hard this cut won't get by me, IV got some good quality scissors and if that doesn't work then I'll find a way either with power tools or hot tools.
It's not a mistake ✨ IT'S A MASTERPICE

U should twist them, then make another and braid the 2 together, that way its more of a rope or twine.

This is actually a really cool idea
What would you use this for? I mean it’s really cool way to recycle but what to use it for 🤔
@besoforreal Make the usual things you make using yarn or wool. Except clothes cause your body wouldn't be able to breathe
Crocheting.
I get that not everyone is into it but this is a helpful thing if u don't wanna waste money
Laundry carriers, drawers, dividers, shower curtains

What size crochet hook do you use ?
I used crochet hook size 5.25 and it worked okay for me. It was a little bit too big so I think size 5.0 might be better.
