My question is when and how did the hive ship end up underwater, did the luscent hive attempt to dive to the dee and the pressure of the water caused it to crash or was it an attack to cause it to sink

It's mentioned by Sloan at the start of the dungeon I believe, that a Lucent Hive ship had suddenly appeared, headed straight for Titan's ocean surface and dived immediately. I'm pretty sure it is still functional just 'parked' on the seafloor.
