Thank you for sharing this. I have a very small vibration triggered clicking sound that is coming from this area and I was afraid the job would be difficult. I shouldn't even need to unplug the cluster, I just want to clean mating surfaces and position a couple small felt dots strategically. Its extra frustrating when the car is perfect otherwise. I'm loving my Santa Fe! Thanks again, you made my day!
Hie, What’s the reason of removing negative terminal from battery ? I want clean mine aswell but I’m not comfortable with removing my battery terminal.
hi there i need ur help about that am about to buy another instrument cluster because i bought the car and export it from Korea so the cluster is only in Korean and i will buy an English cluster do i need any sort of programming of the new cluster?
Hey there, do you have an issue starting the car if the mileage is different? Looking at purchasing another cluster as our cluster has issues. But the mileage counter will be different. Will that prevent the car from starting?
I am not sure about this since I had only replaced the lens, not the actual cluster itself. But I don't see why it will prevent it from starting up. Just be wary of your local laws regarding mileage rollbacks.
This video is beneficial. I didn't face any challenges in doing this. Thanks!

I can’t remove the bottom trim piece. It seems stuck in there and there’s no room to pry it outwards

I'd recommend checking the cables and everything else - there's a good chance it may be incompatible.
@@tjnoor5901 I've already changed the instrument cluster and it works perfectly
@@tjnoor5901 but thanks anyway
Hi, I have exactly the same problem, can I buy any instrument cluster? Thank you

the lens of the cluster of my santa fe is very damaged, it is only possible to replace the lens, you managed to do it
Is there a trick to removing the bottom trim piece? There is a little wiggle to it but I can’t slide it out.
I can’t remove the bottom trim piece either. It seems stuck in there and there’s no room to pry it outwards
It was very to pull it out. I just followed the video and it worked.
