Saw Status Quo back in 1977 in Manchester....it was when they released "Rockin all over the World." Great Concert.....my ears were ringing for about 3 days afterwards!!! RIP Rick.......a Great Musician, and Person.
As always, another brilliant rendition of a wicked track to begin a gig with! It would be my wish that the whole rock family world wide attend at least one QUO SHOW! Love the Quo since Randwick Racecourse 1973 Sydney!
I´v seen them twice in Stockholm and I loved them since my teen in the mid 70-th. Fabolous band and Rossi keep the group going in a great manner despite the sad loss of Rick Parfit.
Oh yezzzzzz fans make Birmingham great again, this is a very good point for a start, the music is ok and the audience just puuuurrfect, big loving hug back all fans, keep up be strong never let any evil dare to harm you guys, God Bless awesome people of Birmingham
Even though they always start with Caroline its still great to hear it bought to life one more time! Hats off to Mr Rossi. He'll be playing this as he goes to heaven. God Bless the Quo may their music never fade. Xxxxx
Whereas they didn't write or play Stairway to Heaven, when Quo goes they'll be playing their music when they go through that golden gate. When there's a thunderstorm it'll be them playing this or Down Down at full blast.
I have been a life long Quo fan since 1968....I've seen them in various guises and in many years, and although Rossi still has it, his voice is distinctive, and I will always support them, I now prefer watching the tribute bands such as State of Quo and Dog of Two Head. They play from the era that I most enjoyed and capture the sound accurately. RIP Alan & Rick....
Not so much Status Quo as the Francis Rossi Band. Spud has his own version as "John Coghlan's Quo" too. R.I.P. Rick Parfitt and Alan Lancaster, you are both sadly missed.
Francis Rossi used to play in a group called Status Quo, along with Rick Parfitt, Alan Lancaster, John Coghlan. The frantic four. They were by far the best STATUS QUO.
I agree and I don't think the other members would contradict that. They are cool, and their role was to help Rick and Francis, and Andy Bown, to keep rocking.
i'm not a Quo fan, Queen are my passion but i've never understood why the Quo got so much stick and negative comments from so many? they were good honest rock musicians and fun guys, and also great pals with Queen, i loved the short clip of rick and francis outside a gig back door talking about Queen and rick says "yeh i saw them on top of the pops with killer queen or whatever it was and i thought they had potential, the ugly one that sings, whats his name"? 🤣🤣🤣
@@dietmarbarkowski7266 yep, prior to that, he was in the herd with Peter Frampton, & was on the QUO live 2 lp set in the 70s, I was referring to no Rick, John, or Alan.just isn't the same feel
@@bbb8997 I agree, for me the best Line Up where the Frantic Four & Alan. But sadly this is impossible now, so I'm thankful that the recent Band with Francis, Alan & Co is keeping this great Music alive...
@@dietmarbarkowski7266 it's like a lot of older bands, members have retired or passed on. I believe Mike Rossi would be better off to bill the band as a status quo tribute band
That's like saying Angus Young and Phil Rudd and hired hands aren't AC/DC. Or Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and hired hands are not the Rolling Stones They are still the QUO

Good to see mr rossi still rocking with the quo in 2022.

Rossi still got fire at the age of 74! Love this guy... for over 45 years! And the new band of course. 💝🎸🎵
Rossi's first gig was in 1962 ;)
Francis Rossi is only 73 years old
The "Francis Rossi Band" is back on the road :-) !
Simple, clear rock 'n' roll. Guitar heaven!
Rossi rocks, good to see this man still deliver
🎸Great🎸 Status Quo.
Francis Rossi rock on❤

This certainly brings tears to my eyes as well knowing Rick Parfitt is no longer with us he will be sadly missed in the music industry that’s for sure
My eyes, too!! Congrats to Status Quo. R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
So sieht es aus.. Er fehlt Rick..

Thank you Rick you were Status Quo , no Rick no Status Quo .
A night to remember 👍🎸🥁🎸

The rest of them with out Rossi wouldn’t add up to much
Status Quo is the tribute band to Status Quo no one can beat! * Keep rocking 'til you drop!
(* along with John Coghlan's Quo)
Seen them In Dublin on this tour
Fantastic 🤟
Awesome!!! Long live Quo!!! :)
god bless Quo 🥰😍
Just so....so...miss Ricky Parfitt...they just not the same...
You kinda think at the beginning Rick will just walk out and start playing. Francis still doing it, long live Quo x
FANTASTICOOO.👏💗🎸
Buenos tiempos
Rocking all over the world. Your in the army now . Paper plane ?

Great Music, gets my feet tapping everytime! Are they coming to Brighton this year,or Guildford.?
Great video, only shame it's over before the outro solo

Great Stuff
Pretty much a Quo by numbers phoned in rendition...
It isn’t the same without the heart which was rick
Fab
Se extraña a Rick Parfitt, genial voz y guitarra rítmica-
Rhino is a Bees fan 😊👍🎸🐝🐝🐝🐝
Who's on guitar?
Sad, it's not really Quo any more, not the same as classic lineup, but good Rossi still going.
Rick Parfitt fehlt stark, ,doch immer noch gut....
Still a great band but not he same without Rick Parfitt even though Richie Malone is a great player he just aint got the power of Rick
!!!
NO QUO WITHOUT RICK PARFITT. SORRY FRANCIS
Chcę Was widzieć jeszcze raz w Polsce w Krakowie
Love quo don't get me wrong, but this is like a duet with one guy singing both parts. Sorry
Big boots to fill.
Quo Lite as RP used to say....Time to stop
rossi & hired hands, this ain't the "QUO"
Andy Bown is a Member for more than 40 (!) Years now...

Still the same intro?? How many years!! Lazy lazy
Its called legendary.
I remember when they used to do a different intro every tour - including Nellie the Elephant, Rock 'til you Drop etc.
@@allanstack7016 its called unimaginative
It’s called tired and lazy. Surely as a band joys want to be slightly creative?
I've been saying this for years Same old same old

The vest group ever
yeh nah its a cover band now for me :(
Boring same old tbh.cant watch them anymore,and I'm a fan from 74.
