foxy is an very strong deck actually. ive beaten rp laws ( hard matchup) luccis ( also hard) Bonneys, Dragons, namis, boas and many else on ranked sim. Its very fun playing the deck, and the alt art leader is extremly cheap currently (14€) dont sleep on it
