It's a very simple process.
Comment box ko condition main wrap karo. Agar login hai toh comment ka box aayega otherwise login la box aayega. Agar login ho jaye toh session ko set karo.
Session ki condition ko box pe laga do, like agar session hai tabhi box show ho.
