Wow.. thank you for tutorial. So this express is web based software? But open from indesign or i can direct open from browser? And the purpose (the animation, resize, etc) are for social media post? Not affect the ebook file (Edited) It does affect the indesign file, just more easier to setting the animation than indesign
Yes, it's a web-based, user-friendly tool. One of the many purposes would be for social media. Another use for Express would be delivering projects to clients that are non-designers. You can lock elements that you don't want to move and set up templates so the clients can change text and images only. I really like the translate tool. It's a quick way of uploading a project from InDesign, translating to another language, and downloading another PDF for print or web.
I can't export or open in express whenever i do click Export to Adobe Express i am getting this message "We do not currently support converting content in this language"
No the idea with this video is how to enhance projects from InDesign. Remember, Id already has animation capabilities. But the helpful thing with Express is you can export a MP4 or GIF where as Id doesn't allow that. The animation won't work for PDF.
Another great, helpful post. Thank you!
Thanks so much Anthony! 🙏
Glad you found it helpful!

What would you do with the animated page then? Import it back to indesign to save interactive pdf?

So in essence, one can create a project in InDesign, animate it, and then export it as a video in Adobe Express? @@AngeloMontilla
