Satan thought he had me... been bound in my mind, plagued with anxiety since I was 6or7 that's a majority of life. JESUS has turned it today I take no meds for anxiety nor depression. Been free from depression like 6mo & by his grace & spirit daily he shows me how to naturally maintain anxiety with skills learned deep breathing, prayer music & what have u. To be free of fear, to be free in your mind is beautiful.Thank you JESUS for your love, grace, mercy.
