U have to get up early and sleep early. Start small. I have three children. I use rush and relish. Now I take my time. I go sleep at 10pm. By 9pm, I’ve had my shower and it ready for my skincare till 10pm. I take my time. I get up at 6.15, read my prayer, my Quran. It’s so silent in the house. Have a cup of tea which takes half an hour. Get ready and then get my kids up. U have to create this for yourself. I now make my own butter, jam. I absolutely love it. Small things. I work too. Small steps. Start off with a good evening routine.
I just discovered your channel this month and I fell in love with it immediately. It feels like that friend on a video call who just does things around the house while the both of you enjoy one another’s company. When I feel overwhelmed by my hectic, loud, and exhausting daily life, your videos made time feel still for just a moment for me to unwind. I also feel inspired to make more use of my personal time to be more productive and find new hobbies. I truly can’t thank you enough for it. 🥰❤️

Then, you can season pasta as you want, surely you can use eggplants (for example "pasta alla norma" is with eggplants) but in Italy among the most famous are with tomato sauce or "al ragù di carne" (in english, with minced meat). But there are many and many different ways to season!
