Your video today took me right back. My father had the blue head FOK 15 in a Veron Decon. Its a very nice condition motor you have there. Thanks again for sharing.
8x6 or 9x4 for a 2.5 diesel. So good that you removed the 9x6. But if it needs to be run in, this should be done rich and on a light load. I would not be trying to get max rpm on any prop at this stage of the run in process. My opinion.
Seems to have a very specific sweet spot on compression and needle settings
I own two, the first one I purchased from the UK, that one came as a well cared for, well run-in engine.

Thanks Terry, really pleased you enjoyed seeing the engine and it brought back some good memories, thanks for the comment

Thanks Richard, appreciate the suggestion and information
I have one of those plus its German sold look-alike counterpart...the Engel.
Sweet engine mark ,very nice mate 🤙🤙😂
Thanks 👍
They were sold by Ripmax in the mid sixties for 69/6d.
綺麗なエンジンですね。このコンディションに対して、燃料のオイル分が足りないように思われます。
Yet another cool engine from the diesel freak himself.
Just... be careful how you pronounce it.
Hahaha, pleased you enjoyed it, cant beat an oily diesel!
