Tour of Progress: Investing in the future of Channelview

At Precinct 2, we pride ourselves in out-of-the-box thinking to confront some of our community's biggest challenges and empower residents to live their best lives. In 2017, Hurricane Harvey wiped out the East Houston Regional Medical Center, leaving a major void in health services in this part of Harris County.
This summer, Precinct 2 broke ground on the East Harris County Health and Social Services Hub. This project will address many of the community's health needs as well as provide wraparound services to lay the foundation for a more resilient Precinct 2.
