I wanted to try and focus on all of the parts of the piece at once, and I feel like even though it’s on beat and difficult, it could be higher quality. Finally, a decent, difficult custom chart for this minigame. Almost all of them I've seen so far have been utter garbage but this feels like it could potentially fit in a 6k rhythm game
I was wondering why I was so rubbish, can't even hear the drum properly, song finishes before the beats😩... But at least I get the primos, I wonder if I can improve it though, it's still a lot of fun, even if my timing is to play it before it touches the line!!😅😂
You're all forgetting. People couldn't make beatmaps for the other events. It's very likely that people will be able to use that part of it if the instrument is kept, unlike the domain building event. Another feature, like sereniteapot racing.
Rhythm game enjoyer here, by all means not a pro but not that bad to the point of missing everything (unless it's Osu!Click ^^;) But if I have to be honest, the curve judgement line is just the beginning of the amount of wacky judgement lines. MaimaiDX is also guilty of this as it's a circular touch screen with the line around the screen, you'd need special gloves sold seperately to be able to go fast on it. Trust me, I played it barehanded and oml I wish I didn't Another game guilty of this has to be Arcaea, not one but Two judgement lines in a 3D style, like, you would be holding on the bottom judge line then go to the top judge line while still holding the note Phigros, one of the "The judge line will be where I want it to be" kings and where "flick" notes are actually fun to do (still annoying though) Lanota. Circular judgement line but you play with the camera constantly panning to another part of said circle while still looking the notes. Did I mention this game has flick notes up And down?
Compared to most i saw so far this goes with the music the best, i wish i could play it, but aparently none of the rhythm gaming maniacs play on Europe servers

@@BraveGamerTV True, i listened to the beat back in the Windsong Lyre and Floral Zither events, but that worked because they were easy. I play on high ping, so I have to do a mix of visual and auditory for this one. Especially cause I play on PS4.

I now feel that the map I’m designing is incredibly inadequate. There were so many mapping decisions made here that made so much sense and circumvented a lot of the issues I was having (namely not enough lanes to accurately follow the melody) that I just never thought about. Plus, it fits within 500 notes, which I don’t think mine will, so I’ll have to do some trimming as well. While it might not be much coming from someone who’s mapping for the first time, this map design was astounding.

I absolutely love this map! The pro mode was way too easy and unfortunately I am on NA server, but this looks like it'd be so much fun and way more challenging! Most of the "difficult" ones on NA don't actually follow the music and are just hard for the sake of being hard without actually following a rhythm game format, but this is great! Keep up the awesome work
When I saw the interface of the event, their customization options and the songs they use... I immidiately know rhythm games pros are going to pop off lmao

I’m the kind of person that replays an entire song if I don’t get a full clear. (It’s actually a very big problem for me.) Seeing the goods and fails and imagining myself getting that and trying over and over to get a full clear made my soul leave my body.

Hey, I made my own beatmap for America since I wanted to play something hard and every beatmap is in Asia. I took inspiration from yours in some sections (specially when i realized i ran out of notes so i had to cut some Q_Q) so i hope you don't mind.
This was sooooooo satisfying to watch (not just because you had Klee playing it) because not only did it look extremely difficult, but all the notes actually made sense :D

argh, this is the kind of map i wanted to see for my first windblume event that i participated in earlier this week!!! i cant tell you how disappointed and angry i was seeing all these "ooh my custom map is so challenging! so hard! expert!" and its just a bunch of notes and holds put in a blender. i eventually gave up looking for any custom maps that were made by people who actually play music games LOL

I’m a former rhythm game veteran, and this curved screen made it so harder for me 💀 Though after some few games I got used to it.
