@@iiwdpnAye - the start of Dany Day, Pau Day and Ale Day :) (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Just watched it again, and my smile returned - this deserves far more views than what it has. Art (including music) is subjective - and as Dany said at TedX 'Music is passion, Music is hope, Music is life". We want emotion - we want to feel emotion from a song (and that is delivered here in spades). I have a great love of acoustic tracks (not country, but acoustic tracks either from a heavier song (Animosity for example) or just an acoustic track full stop (Crimson Queen, or Black Holes for example). These are the sort of tracks that convey emotion the best. Don't get me wrong, I love heavier music as well, but the emotion from those tracks is much different to acoustic emotions. From this, I thought I'd check out Bright Eyes original version. Wasn't expecting a male voice (in my head all courtesy of Dany - I thought Bright Eyes was going to be a female vocalist). Thirty to forty seconds in . . . I understood that the couple on the lounge were actual couples listening to the track - lovely touch . . . then that lone woman with a photo of her husband (deceased? or possibly on deployment) - heartbreak and I stopped watching. Because that one image became the song (and I think that was a dirty trick to play on me :( ) But as good as this song is (by Bright Eyes), a lot of tracks by DPA are as good, if not better (at least in my opinion) - just how good will their songwriting become once they experience life, the good and the bad, that which most of us have gone through over our 40+ years of adulthood. When I'm Alone (my favorite The Warning song), is so relatable to everyone, regardless of gender, location, age, situation - and those lyrics came from life, from experience, from emotion, from a 15 year old far away from home.
No kidding, i was in such a daze staring at her while she smiled I leaned so far forward and almost tell out of my chair. She has an aura about her. Great song too, but she really sells the vibe. The original is ok, but this is next level just because of the energy she is exuding.
I grew up enjoying the music of Peal Jam and Soundgarden without ever caring about their personal lives. Somehow, it is important to me that the sisters are happy. It wouldn't be fair if they weren't.
they are very happy. they are realizing theiuir dream of touching people with their music, all the rest is a bonus. they have inspired 3 teenagers to form a band called Freeze The Fall and some of TWA helped on their kickstarter. they are 15 and 16 yos

Here singing in her more natural voice and then how she can call up the rock and roll voice like in the Warning's "Enter Sandman" or "Kick Start My Heart." version. Wow!
