I have a daughter, I empathize with this young lady and her parents I hope things are solved. Truth is though we no know nothing! And based on this video there’s obviously 2 sides of the story. Domestic violence does works both ways and statistically 1 in 4 men experience it in America. This reminds me of the Disappearance of Natalee Holloway. My feeling is that he is another Van der Sloot. 1) He likes young women he can manipulate. 2) He is a messed up drug addict of some sort and his parents know. 3) He is manipulative. 4) He tried to introduce her during the journey to drugs. 5) He guilt tripped her about whatever conditions she suffered from and told her lies that her parents didn’t love or want her. 6) He reminds me of the serial murderer from Aruba who also hid behind his parents like the little monster he was and denied killing Natalie and got lawyers only to venture out and kill again.

    Strange behavior, perhaps from stranger people! But a number of things are clear, the person who returned home in the van knows where he last saw his fiancee Gabby, and when. So Gabby had problems, and the person who knew that had lived with her for about a year at his parents home, according to reports. He would also know what wound her up. Like locking her out of the van registered to her. While she was crying, he was laughing with police officers. Is he a bully and control freak? One thing is certain, he is a lot stronger than Gabby.
    So Brian Laundrie, where and when did you last see Gabby and why did you return home, apparently alone in the van registered to Gabby? Time to man-up, grow a pair, The World is waiting......and while everyone waits, what should the driver of a vehicle do if attacked while driving? Pull over and stop as soon as it is safe to do so, but what stopped you other than being followed by a police car, after the siren was activated. Why any driver would continue driving if in a heated argument with the passenger is beyond me, it's potentially dangerous to the occupants and other road users.

    The parents received two texts on 8/27 and 8/30 they now think are suspicious. The one on 8/30 just says no service in Yosemite. So Laundrie was leading them to believe Gabby would be incommunicado for a few days buying him time to drive back. There must be phone records to substantiate where these calls originated from.

    • @fransantelli

      @F_Tim1961 2 роки тому +1

      Getting positions accurately from phone records is very difficult unless the phone is a GPS phone and the applications that could use the GPS data are enabled. IN most cases when police get GPS data it is from the phone handset, no tower records. Tower records for more basic phones can only approximate the position and the further out in the country you get the worst the approximation. In Cities the error is typically 300m but outside it can be a lot worse than that.
      The police can certainly find whether gabby's phone transmitted those messages as every phone ever made has a unique IME code of something like 14 digits (early ones may have leading zeros) .
      The IME is transmitted to the tower when making text messages and is stored as part of the tower records . Ditto it is stored along with number called and duration of call for voice messages.
      So if this Brian L decided to ghost Gabby but using HIS Phone it would be known easily (but the FBI won't release that yet I'd guess) - UNLESS of course he A killed her or kicked her out without her phone.
      AND
      B he knew the password for her phone or it was not password protected. In which case the IME will line up with the other tower records for Gabby's phone.
      I am not sure if a phone system can pick up if a phone has faded out through lack of battery or it has suddenly been destroyed. That latter would be a give away if true - why would the owner of a mobile phone suddenly destroy it unless that same owner had committed a felony. ?
