This is what happens when you cram a large visual novel into 12 episodes, also what happens when you poorly adapt it. For those wondering the Visual Novel is actually good, unfortunately the anime cuts out key and minor aspects alike along with changing events for no reason. For some perspective Takumi was supposed to be forced into going onto one of the tallest building in Shibuya where the New Gen killer has laid a trap for him to make him have as much attention as possible. For a neet like Takumi this is extremely painful and was meant to awaken him, ultimately it did not work but lead people to believe Takumi is the New Gen killer. The episode 0 in Chaos;Child which summarizes the events of Chaos;Head honestly sticks closer to the Chaos;Head script than the Chaos;Head anime does, on top of that the anime cuts out much of Takumi's character development. You are supposed to think he is a loser, however as things progress and he becomes more unstable and is forced into terrible situations he starts to change.

Just to clear up some confusion for you, Tony. Spoilers for Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate ahead. 2:05 The "organization" is the Comittee of 300, which is basically the Illuminati and the same thing the characters of Steins;Gate go against at some points (SERN has links to the Committee). The Chaos;Head anime does not expand much on this iirc. The Committee wants to artificially recreate the characters' psychic abilities to control humanity. Remember the SERN dystopia from Steins;Gate with no war or conflict? 8:55 This is one of my least favorite things about the anime. The main reason is because most of these hack-and-slash sequences do not happen in the visual novel. A great example is the clip you show around this timestamp. Nothing close to that scene happens in the visual novel. It was literally shoehorned in. The only characters that have a direct encounter with the antagonist are Takumi and Rimi (and Sena as well in the visual novel's bad ending). 10:35 I find this to be a problem with the visual novel as well, but the fan translation that I played seemed a little wonky at times and most of the glossary was untranslated, which would've helped tremendously with terms like "Dirac sea" or "delusional synchro". But even then, the core concepts are still a bit hard to grasp considering there's even more preliminary exposition in the visual novel explaining the idea behind the delusion powers. Fun fact: one of these pieces of exposition that was either mentioned very briefly or not at all in the anime is directly related to the mechanics of the time leap machine in Steins;Gate. 11:10 Yea the anime missed out on a lot of the intrigue with the mystery behind the New-Gen killer. What kept me interested throughout the visual novel about the Killer's identity was how confused Takumi gets about the whole thing as the story goes on. The visual novel has several scenes that make Takumi question whether Shogun or Rimi is the killer. Or if Rimi is Shogun. Or even if Takumi himself is Shogun and thus he is the killer. It gets even more confusing for him when someone pretends to be Shogun and lures him to the top of some building, goading him into awakening his abilities, which is something the real Shogun told Takumi to do earlier, but the fake wants him to awaken for a completely different reason. This encounter by the way, is completely cut from the anime. About the nurse being the New-Gen killer, she was actually was one of Takumi's friends in a way. The nurse was that "Grim" person Takumi always talked to in that MMO. This feels completely out of left field in the anime because a lot of Takumi's interactions with Grim are truncated. The visual novel shows a lot more of their interactions albeit in the form of an online chat and even foreshadows the reveal with some strange links between Grim, the nurse, and the murders. I think it makes sense that someone like her and not a big shot was behind the murders, though, since the guys in charge were planning something much larger in scale (the First, Second, and Third Melts). 14:30 It's really not a harem, Tony, so it's not surprising the "harem elements" are very bad. Even in the visual novel, Rimi is the only character with any romantic feelings towards Takumi, and even then it's more complicated than that because of the whole "Takumi is a delusion created by Shogun" thing. 16:00 I can definitely understand not liking Takumi. His whining got annoying for me as well, but I can excuse it to an extent because Takumi goes out of his way to not involve himself with the crazy shit happening around him, unlike Okabe, for example, who willingly delves deeper into the conspiracy. Although, I think this this made it more interesting in the visual novel when he was given no other choice than to be involved. I think his heroic actions are more deserved in the visual novel since he goes through a lot more in the later stages than the anime suggests. 17:50 Don't quote me on this, but I remember Takumi actually being distraught by that call in the visual novel. He actually cares a lot about Nanami even though he doesn't really show it. Case in point, the fake Shogun lures Takumi to the top of a building by sending him a package containing Nanami's severed hand and later convinces Takumi to do what he says by threatening to kill Nanami. This wouldn't have worked nearly as well if Takumi didn't give two shits about Nanami. That's not to excuse the fuck-ups of the anime though. It's a sorry excuse of an adaptation of an otherwise good visual novel and deserves to be forgotten. I'd say even the single episode recap of Chaos;Head at the beginning of Chaos;Child is a better adaptation than the actual Chaos;Head anime.
And with all the girls I thought that it wasn't a harem at all and that he was just surrounded by females and now that I know that it was meant to be a harem. Holy crap. This anime was awful XD
Hey man. Just found your channel. You're awesome man. I actually enjoyed the show, just because it has a massive shared universe in Steins;Gate and in the visual novel there are not to many plot holes in the story. It's pretty great, so i suggest trying the visual novel. You're awesome bro and keep up the awesome work!!
Yeah, it's a really really, REALLY bad adaptation. Just another example of what happens when you try to turn a 30 hour game into a single cour anime. Not exactly Tsukihime levels of terrible, but I still don't think that's been topped in garbage levels. I'd advise you to try playing the game, but it's probably ruined any enjoyment you might have gotten from it.
General Pussycock is better to side character and not main lead I want the main lead of an anime likable we can root for reliable to and be the hero of his or her story but I have to ask a question what writers were they thinking when they wrote anime version of chaos head?!
Well at least he is relate able. He is a shut in and has an anime collection and doesn't care about school. And plays video games. No. That's just me........................ok
I watched this anime back at the end of 2014 or so with my family. I sat there dumbfounded as to what was going on 90% of the time. I mean, the beginning had me interested with the mysterious and creepy plot, and there were a few good moments, but there was literally no logic whatsoever, and not in a way I could enjoy it. I tried to figure out what the hell was going on, but the show just kept throwing me through loop after loop before I just gave up and just watched the mess unfold before me. I'm sure the creators knew it made no sense, but they just rolled with it anyway. And the ending was literally one final "fuck you" to the audience. Good thing they got their act together in Steins;Gate and Robotics;Notes.
Chaos;Head, Steins;Gate and Robotics;Notes are all based on visual novels. The reason Chaos;Head's anime sucked so much isn't because the visual novel sucked (the visual novel was very good, in fact, just like the other two), it was because the series creator wasn't supervising the anime's production, and the whole thing was extremely low-budget. Plus, Madhouse decided to censor it for some reason, and that also meant getting rid of a lot of major plotpoints? Like, I have no idea how they managed to fuck up so hard, but the point is that the original stories are all fantastic. They just fucked up the anime version.
I think robotics;notes is the weakest entry of the series (if i compare all visual novels). It's a shame chaos;Head will never get the same recognition like steins;gate because of the lackluster anime adaptations.
You wanna see a good example of a hardened introvert character who protects himself from emotional attachments? Squall from Final Fantasy VIII. I know Final Fantasy VIII's a video game and not an anime, but please hear me out. Squall does start off as kind of a jerk, but as the events of the game transpire, you can see why he acts uncaring and pushes people away, because he lost Ellone, who was like an older sister to him. He loved her, and through Rinoa's influence, you see his walls crack and she brings out his softer side, and when she goes comatose, you can see his walls finally breaking and he realizes he's in love with her and why he's so devoted to her, she got him to smell the roses and realize that he can't do everything by himself. Squall's a character that I can personally relate to, because I'm kind of introverted, and at the beginning, Squall does help Selphie, who's another main character in VIII, by giving her a tour of the garden.
When I first saw this anime, my brain felt like it was going to exploded because of how confusing the plot is and I couldn't wait for it to be over. But for some reason, I feel like watching this anime again just so I can see if I think the show is all right like how I remembered or if my opinion changed and I think the show sucks now.
22:19 Funny thing is, I remember during his secret affairs with Sekai, Makoto started acting like a dick to Kotonoha and acting totally uninterested in her mere presence as he's walking home with her. But as they walked, she then fell behind him and dropped her stuff, and HE ACTUALLY ACKNOWLEDGES HER AND TURNS AROUND TO PICK HER STUFF UP. Albeit in a very uninterested dickish attitude, but he helped her with her stuff at the very least. So the fact the Chaos head's main character has done less as a decent human being compared to MAKOTO FUCKBOY ITOU, that is inexcusable.
I think when comparing the animation of shows, it's better to look at the staff lists rather than the studio, because even though each studio does have its own personality to a certain extent, there is still normally a big variety of style and quality depending on the different people working on different shows even from the same studio.
i only watched this because the main characters voice is the same as natsu😂 the only reason i watched the whole series was because i enjoyed hearing natsus voice again after finishing fairy tail.
Zac Ritner if you actually like the show you should be glad someone else gets pleasure from it, it is my guilty pleasure too, quit being a jerk, I agree with Kev San, I have watched this show like 10 times, it really is my guilty pleasure, seriously.
This guy is a mixture of Tomoya from Clannad, Spike from Cowboy Bebop and Simon from Gurren Lagann, but it squeeze out of all of the redeemable quality that this character have. Then complete the adaptation. That is the character of General Pussycock in the nutshell. I respect your word, Tony.
ooh. someone's really trying to defend this anime in the comments. haha 😂I never even heard of this anime till today, well that's 1 anime I won't watch ever.
(Standing Ovation). YES!!! YES!!! ALL THE YES!!! Finally, Fucking Finally there is a BCC review I can absolutely agree upon. How the hell did it take so long just to get to this point. Because I will say it here and now that if Chaos; Head did not get a rant while Highschool DXD did, I would have lost all hope in you, Tony. So, this is just a real treat to watch. ^_^
The only difference is that you hated this anime from the get-go while it took me the ending for everything to fall apart. Because you're right, the reason why this anime fails is because of its nature as a mystery/ thriller anime. We were being bombarded by forced information that we know nothing about (And that's not necessary a bad thing) but the ending of the anime doesn't make any goddamn sense based on everything that we've learnt. It's like the creators themselves knew fuck all of whatever the hell they were trying to clarify. I will definitely have to give credit for the anime for setting up an appropriate atmosphere which actually kept me intrigued. That is the biggest reason why I can't say this is the worst anime I've ever seen. But I will definitely have to take away points from Madhouse studios for wasting my goddamn time on an anime that was literally pointless at the end of it all. ^_^
It's not like he was obligated to help the girl after she tripped. Sure it would have been nice of him, but minding your own business doesn't make you a terrible person. I agree with your other points, though.
Not related to this review, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me you're doing a review of Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale. I saw it last night and was blown away, but I'm really interested by what you think of it. It was the number one movie in all of Japan when it came out a few weeks ago, so I think it'd definitely be worth your time reviewing.
my favorite voice actor is voice the main lead of this anime why Todd why Tony Tony !!! Todd voiced the main lead of chaos head Todd Haber Korn the man who voiced nastu from fairy tail I am having a crisis right now
I've always heard people say that this show is garbage. Good to know the same from you, Tony. XD I'd agree to maybe give Robotics;Notes a try. I liked it well enough.
Zac Ritner Well if the anime is shit then there is a reason why it should be long. Also, 26 minutes is a half hour long? Do I even need to explain why that's wrong?
I'm sorry you had to go through that Tony. I honestly didn't know this anime existed until I sat through the first ep (pretty much ep 0, if I remember correctly) of it's sequel, "Chaos;Child," that came out this season. And that was just an hour recap of Child;Head. The year just started and I was already so confused. DX
Hey BCG. I got a good anime for you to review this year. It's called March comes in Like a Lion. It's ending soon and is created by the same woman who created Honey and Clover which you really enjoyed
chaos head was worse than I remember when I rewatched it...... but chaos child..... I thought it was done so much more better..... although if they had the same amount of episodes as robotics;notes and steins;gate it could probably have been up to the quality those two are at...... but nope ._. sadly 1 cour..... but tbh I really liked it. unlike chaos head which after rewatching i disliked it. of there's ever another addition to the chaos part of the science adventure series I hope they actually give it more than 12 episodes.
Isn’t that a change that UA-cam made, moving from stars to thumbs up/thumbs down? Or are you talking about him rating things that he talks about in his videos on some kind of scale of stars from 1 to 5 or something like that? Well Netflix also did away with its star system in favor of thumbs up or thumbs down, thumbs up or down is just easier for most people. Having to calculate exactly how many stars to give something and justify it in videos and have people later relitigate it, that would be kinda annoying, I can see why he stopped.
Wow, this anime is terrible. I’m gonna watch it anyway just because I can. I should be ok as long as I go into it with zero expectations and laugh at how pathetic General Pussycock is. Update 1: I just watched episode one and Takumi (a.k.a. General Pussycock) seems to display many symptoms of schizophrenia. Not just visual and auditory hallucinations, but also paranoia, social isolation, agitation, hostility, anxiety, apathy, disassociation, inappropriate emotional reactions, etc. I think many of the issues with his character might be the result of him suffering from undiagnosed schizophrenia.
I know I'm late, but I've just finished the VN (not the Noah version sadly) and have to say that it's really damn good and it's a shame that the anime cut out a good chunk of Takumi's development. I also don't know why Madhouse felt the need to skip the O-front incident, add a random filler arc, and skip over one of the murders. All that ever did was cripple the anime in the worst ways. I can only hope that C;H eventually gets the respect it deserves one day. Now to reread Steins;Gate and then go through Chaos;Child for the first time.
I didn't particularly like this anime, but I feel like you're raving for no real reason. I mean, the conclusion I came to was that this anime was told from the perspective of a completely insane person, I thought the name Chaos;Head gave it away.
Wow this is the most forgetable anime ive ever seen.. i actually forgot i watched this, like i feel like my entire memory of this was a fever dream that didnt happen
6:32, she did. It's called Eyeshield 21. I don't know crap about this anime, but the main character of the one I recommended is named Sena. ... That's the joke. Ehehe.
Zac, Zac, Zac Ritner, remember this, you and 27 other people agree with you on this anime, m'kay DEFINITELY not the best, but I mean, you've got people? But me and literally 566 other people agree with the BlackCriticGuy xD
great review! loved it as always! are you going to do a movie review of Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale? I thought the movie was great and id love to hear your thoughts!
Suprise suprise, there is a sequel to this anime and its called Chaos; Child and it takes place after the first. Another similarly titled anime, but I don't think it has anything to do with either Head or Child. Just its own series with the similar name, and its called Chaos; Dragon.
Chaos;Head's anime is worse because of the mere fact it's toxic and makes people avoid it like the plague. It's kind of sad because the visual novel is actually good.
I thought IdolMaster was the next review based on the polls. I guess I was wrong. Anywho, next 7 anime reviews from BCG from the animes that were sent to him via mail at the time he made the first poll are: 1- The Idolmaster (Don't know which version he is reviewing, so this one might take a while to finish, but if its the 2011 version, then its like 25-26 episodes) 2- Rumbling Hearts (14 episodes ). 3- Aria The Scarlet (13 episodes) 4- Freezing (Has 2 seasons. Each season has 12 episodes. Don't know if hes revewing season 2). 5- Macross Frontier (25 episodes) 6- Omamori Himari (12 episodes) 7- Doomed Megalopolis. (4 episodes OVA. Each episode is almost 50 minutes long). Animes he has reviewed so far that were sent to him: 1- DxD 2- Date A Live 3- Maria The 4- Grisaia 5- Brynhildr 6- Good Luck Girl 7- Chaos;
oh wait, I was confusing it with another anime. He reviewed SBF because of a prior plan, and it doesn't count from the polls. So he reviewed that one on his own, not because of the polls.
I find it funny he dropped the BS month ones, but comes back to these. While BS month had really bad ones yes. I find him coming back to this polls to be great to see his responses to.

Hey man. Just found your channel. You're awesome man. I actually enjoyed the show, just because it has a massive shared universe in Steins;Gate and in the visual novel there are not to many plot holes in the story. It's pretty great, so i suggest trying the visual novel.
You're awesome bro and keep up the awesome work!!
i remember this being on netflix years ago, i barrely remember it
This anime doesn’t exist this only has a visual novel
Mass hysteria, clearly or maybe the Mandela effect?
Just like Umineko and Tsukihime, right?
As soon as I saw the word "RANT" I knew I had to click it
I thought the anime was good to begin with since it had a very unsettling and creepy, but then I lost interest very quickly.
The visual novel has that feeling in all of its length.
16:10 Todd! Todd Michael Haberkorn what did they do to you!!!???
Yeah, it's a really really, REALLY bad adaptation. Just another example of what happens when you try to turn a 30 hour game into a single cour anime. Not exactly Tsukihime levels of terrible, but I still don't think that's been topped in garbage levels. I'd advise you to try playing the game, but it's probably ruined any enjoyment you might have gotten from it.
It's not a terrible adaptation.
Have you even played the game?
16:10 I'm dead That sounded TOO real
I would love to help the poor girl up and take her to the nurse's office.😇
General Pussycock is better to side character and not main lead I want the main lead of an anime likable we can root for reliable to and be the hero of his or her story but I have to ask a question what writers were they thinking when they wrote anime version of chaos head?!
Well at least he is relate able. He is a shut in and has an anime collection and doesn't care about school. And plays video games. No. That's just me........................ok
"where do i begin" *ad starts playing* lol
I'd never thought I see a character that makes Makoto seem more sympathetic.
*prepares to use Mortal Kombat announcer's voice* Fatality.
I found it thoroughly enjoyable 🤷♂️
Say sike right now
He didn't even bother to ask if she was ok.
Project Jupiter watch Schwarzesmarken on Crunchyroll for Christmas, okay?
Ok. I've heard of that anime, it sounds interesting.
12:17 Funny because this is exactly what happened in Chaos Child lol
22:19
Funny thing is, I remember during his secret affairs with Sekai, Makoto started acting like a dick to Kotonoha and acting totally uninterested in her mere presence as he's walking home with her.
CMW1995 Why do you hate Makoto so much when Kotonoha suck so much.
CMW1995 Ohh Im sorry my fault for assuming.
No need for an apology XD
Welp looks like your worst anime males list needs updating.
I did not like this anime either. The worst anime based on a visual novel to me is Green Green
You don't like it? Screw you.
it is my opinion.
I think when comparing the animation of shows, it's better to look at the staff lists rather than the studio, because even though each studio does have its own personality to a certain extent, there is still normally a big variety of style and quality depending on the different people working on different shows even from the same studio.
*Sees new rant*
*Runs faster than keemstar and dives into vid*
i only watched this because the main characters voice is the same as natsu😂 the only reason i watched the whole series was because i enjoyed hearing natsus voice again after finishing fairy tail.
You should watch the sequel of chaos head it's called chaos child and it takes place after the shibuya earthquake at the end of chaos head
Lucy Heartfilia I told you better watch Schwarzesmarken on Crunchyroll right now, okay?
My friend hates this anime too 😂
Well your friend has shit taste.
Can you actually give me an opinion on why you like the show instead of saying it's just good.
Zac Ritner You Have Shit Taste...
it's so Bad that is my Guilty Pleasure
We don't care.
but we care that you replied on every fucking comment
Zac Ritner if you actually like the show you should be glad someone else gets pleasure from it, it is my guilty pleasure too, quit being a jerk, I agree with Kev San, I have watched this show like 10 times, it really is my guilty pleasure, seriously.
Play the visual novel instead of watching this shitty adaptation honestly.
Fuck off.
THOSE EYES. WHOSE ARE THEY.
Tonys.
A hardcore anime watcher.
ooh. someone's really trying to defend this anime in the comments. haha 😂I never even heard of this anime till today, well that's 1 anime I won't watch ever.
the scene with the pink haired girl (forgot her name) with blood all over her i was screaming mirai nikki and YUNO😂
Lucy Heartfilia her name is rimi
It's always the fucking pink-haired girls.
I don't like this anime. At first I was happy to watch it. But after watching it I thought it was one of the worst anime I've watch. 😑😔😒😐😑😑😑😔
Screw you.
Zac Ritner You shut up
(Standing Ovation). YES!!!
this main character is the most pathetic main dude i ever saw
Fuck, I haven't seen you that angry for a loooooooooooooooong time. This anime hurt you, didn't it? Actually why am I asking, OF COURSE IT DID!
1 ep in and already dropped.
Omg same
This rant spot on.. ima need you to chill with the dxd hate though lmao dxd is E L I T E !!!
DRETD2124 ...do u realize how much u sound like horny 12 y/o??
Reveiw Legend of the Galactic Hereos for masterpiece month.
TheLejonell Yes! My personal favorite anime, which party? Rienhart? Or, Yang?
I actually dropped both Chaos Head and Adnoah Zero before they drove me insane
Yeah, i'm kind of a sadist. I enjoy rant reviews. I like watching Angry Joe too. xD
It's not like he was obligated to help the girl after she tripped. Sure it would have been nice of him, but minding your own business doesn't make you a terrible person. I agree with your other points, though.
Chaos Head is a polarizing anime because of its convoluted story and terrible characters.
How about reading the VN?
@@hachi7658 Yes.It is based on the VN.I would read it rather than this condensed 12 episodes.
@@kylemelo6921 the vn is the exact opposite ;)
Not related to this review, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me you're doing a review of Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale. I saw it last night and was blown away, but I'm really interested by what you think of it. It was the number one movie in all of Japan when it came out a few weeks ago, so I think it'd definitely be worth your time reviewing.
Well, BCG did enjoy season 1. But I don't think he has seen season 2, so I doubt he might watch the movie anytime.
Psychlops 924 i really hope he does one too! i watched it last night and i was shocked how good it was
Chaos;Head anime is the worst anime I ever seen
wait a minute that's Todd Haberkorn who voice the main character?
anyone surprise about this ?
my favorite voice actor is voice the main lead of this anime why Todd why Tony Tony !!! Todd voiced the main lead of chaos head Todd Haber Korn the man who voiced nastu from fairy tail I am having a crisis right now
I've always heard people say that this show is garbage. Good to know the same from you, Tony. XD
I'd agree to maybe give Robotics;Notes a try. I liked it well enough.
Not lot of people said it was crap.
BlackCriticGuy is the Asterisk War of anime reviewers.
A. L. Soryu Nice
Shadow Priest noice
Dude even makes Yuki from Future Diary likable.
David Timmer Fuck him and fuck this.
A 26 minute anime rant?
*grabs popcorn
Does he really had to make that half a hour rant on an underrated anime? No, because the rant is shit.
Zac Ritner Well if the anime is shit then there is a reason why it should be long. Also, 26 minutes is a half hour long? Do I even need to explain why that's wrong?
An anime that's worse than High School DxD?
My god.
AlbertoHerrera2000 School Days is worse.
+AlbertoHerrera2000 At least Highschool DxD can be enjoyed as a guilty pleasure.
Takumi was one of the reason's I did not like this anime. He is the polar opposite of Okabe from Steins Gate.
So fucking what? It's not Madhouse's fault that they made him like that, besides it's a great underrated anime. Screw you.
magicalgirlj don't worry your li'l head. He'll pass
it does not bug me
Takumi is a good character in the visual novel actually.
This guy is hilarious
Tony I did not expect a rant video today and I am glad that you finally upload a new anime review
Honestly it didn't bother me very much when the MC didn't help her.
chaos head was worse than I remember when I rewatched it...... but chaos child.....
My boy BCG spitting savage bars on this anime, fucking love it hahaha
damn right Tony I agree with you the main lead is a total bad character and the worst otaku ever 😠
Tony, I noticed you no longer put Star Ratings in your reviews. Why?
Isn’t that a change that UA-cam made, moving from stars to thumbs up/thumbs down? Or are you talking about him rating things that he talks about in his videos on some kind of scale of stars from 1 to 5 or something like that? Well Netflix also did away with its star system in favor of thumbs up or thumbs down, thumbs up or down is just easier for most people. Having to calculate exactly how many stars to give something and justify it in videos and have people later relitigate it, that would be kinda annoying, I can see why he stopped.
🎵 ...He's the Angry Anime Otaku...🎶
Hey Tony when you have the time could you review Jojo's Bizzare Adventure Part 1 and 2?
Did you read the vn
@@awildcommenter7240 No. Where can I read it and is it in English?
Please update on your watch through
It's good I loved watching it main character is me
I remember when I called this anime and it's characters shit and got bombarded by pretentious overthinking fucknuggets.
This anime gave me an aneurysm
If you think that this anime is a terrible adaptation, wait till you see Chaos;Child. I heard that one's even worse.
Chaos;Child is slightly better adapted than Chaos;Head but both animes are shit anyways. Play the VNs instead.
Zac Ritner Your grammar is top kush ;-)
Love your vids!
Have you ever reviewed Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun? (or Good Luck Ninomiya-kun)
I'd love to see your opinion on that one 🙂
Tony no mercy it's true but the show had a low budget it's a average show the novel is 10 times better
Wow this is the most forgetable anime ive ever seen.. i actually forgot i watched this, like i feel like my entire memory of this was a fever dream that didnt happen
How about reading it? The VN is a masterpiece.
there's a reason why I could never finish this anime. Thanks BCG!!
Then finish watching the anime you dipshit.
+Zac Ritner "dipshit" What the heck man? Why u so rude? Chill.
Zac Ritner I couldn't get into it after 4 attempts. I'm not trying to waste my time. Thanks for yoyr reply tho :)
Buck Wade Just let it be. He might be a fan lol
6:32, she did. It's called Eyeshield 21. I don't know crap about this anime, but the main character of the one I recommended is named Sena. ... That's the joke. Ehehe.
Does Mousugu Shinu Hito
have its own anime? If not, I want it.
Bullshit. he has like 2-6 friends.. more than I've ever had.
lol I win!
ep.1
me: wtf is this???
Man ,Tony you're Awesome and Funny when you are Angry
Zac, Zac, Zac Ritner, remember this, you and 27 other people agree with you on this anime, m'kay DEFINITELY not the best, but I mean, you've got people? But me and literally 566 other people agree with the BlackCriticGuy xD
great review! loved it as always! are you going to do a movie review of Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale? I thought the movie was great and id love to hear your thoughts!
I still wait for a "Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere" review.
Suprise suprise, there is a sequel to this anime and its called Chaos; Child and it takes place after the first. Another similarly titled anime, but I don't think it has anything to do with either Head or Child. Just its own series with the similar name, and its called Chaos; Dragon.
Both animes are shit either way. The visual novels are much better.
Worst anime adaptation of a visual novel? Diobolik Lovers.
ikr
Daibolik Lovers actually originated as an audio play.
Adam Baldwin Really? Didn't know that. Well, either way it sucks.
Chaos;Head's anime is worse because of the mere fact it's toxic and makes people avoid it like the plague. It's kind of sad because the visual novel is actually good.
Now try Chaos;Child! It won't make you want to claw your eyes out!
I thought IdolMaster was the next review based on the polls. I guess I was wrong.
Anywho, next 7 anime reviews from BCG from the animes that were sent to him via mail at the time he made the first poll are:
1- The Idolmaster (Don't know which version he is reviewing, so this one might take a while to finish, but if its the 2011 version, then its like 25-26 episodes)
2- Rumbling Hearts (14 episodes ).
3- Aria The Scarlet (13 episodes)
4- Freezing (Has 2 seasons. Each season has 12 episodes. Don't know if hes revewing season 2).
5- Macross Frontier (25 episodes)
6- Omamori Himari (12 episodes)
7- Doomed Megalopolis. (4 episodes OVA. Each episode is almost 50 minutes long).
Animes he has reviewed so far that were sent to him:
1- DxD
2- Date A Live
3- Maria The
4- Grisaia
5- Brynhildr
6- Good Luck Girl
7- Chaos;
You forgot Sweet Blue Flowers, that was also sent to him.
Yeah, but that was sent to him after he made the first poll, so he will review that one later during the year.
Will? He reviewed it right after he got it!
oh wait, I was confusing it with another anime.
Dude I watched this long ago, but I remember feeling so confused. The story/plot seemed so incoherent. It was so hard to stay interested in it too.
No one gives a shit about it.
Gotta say it does take a hell of a lot concentration to understand but overall it explains everything, no real gaps it made sense by the end.
