There’s an option to hide your joystick (it could help you see better) and turn on Edit Buttons or something and change the opacity of the jump and crouch button to 15% (move the joystick a little bit so you could save your changes.) And turn on crossbar for it to be easier for you (if it does)

I can help ya with that you need to do your Fov and sensitivity settings so it can help you . And also which controls you want because minecraft added controls on mobile. And you need some practice that's how i became a mobile player :)
