"Shoulda kept the car and dumped the girl." Yup, I can relate. My first car (in the 80s) was a 56 Chevy. My first real ex talked me into selling it. Shoulda kept the car.
I can totally relate to mark dealing with people that just don't care. I wish I didn't care sometimes. But more importantly wwheres the little foreign guy??
Always watched the show on TV but I don't have pay TV anymore. And after finding out you were on here I went back and started watching from the first show. But I got one question... How in the hell do y'all not just punch Darren square in the mouth.
Many people do not understand why shows like this contain so much drama. The reasons are mostly.....if shows like this were only people just putting muscle cars together and nothing else....you would be asleep about 5 minutes into the episode.Just like the other reality shows like Pawn Stars.....Hardcore Pawn.....Storage Wars.....the list go on and on.Drama adds layers of WTF and keep you coming back.
sooo what ever happened to this car? we never got to see what you did with it after you brought it back from being dipped!! love the videos, where did you guys go?
I don’t get why they thought adding all this extra drama bs to the show was a good idea cause the show would have been 20x better if it was just about the restoring the cars and the history of them.
My once in a lifetime ..... get rid of the car or get rid of me .... moment of a lifetime regret ...... 69 chevelle SS vent window sedan ..... found out around 4 years later that they only made 12 of them .
This series is more like one long episode of The Office, Mark`s like Ricky Gervais`s brother, only the car industry version,, i came here expecting a restoration show showing how they take a wreck of a car back to original factory spec, or better, it`s all talking,, banter, walking from one office to another, i was expecting American Hotrod / Bitchin Rides but got 42 minutes of yap 30 seconds of actual build work, i`m all for hearing about classic car history but do it in voice overs while actually working on the fkin car. Disappointed.

this was a good episode, going back gives meaning to what we're now doing
More work less drama!
Cool show
With the old crew it was asom.
I sure hope this is all done for television, because if this is the way they really act, I wouldn't let them work on a K-Car.
Sometimes, you don’t want to know what the kitchen is like where you dine, but as long as you don’t, then all is good..
@9:30 whats with the soap bar in the background?
Holy shit , " we don't need babysat on this motor, we know what we're doing " then engine tips ... 'Holy wow, lol

Frustrating when as fans we take the time to like the video and comment only to be ignored...
Best move was to get rid of Darren, an Josh who had the work ethic, of someone riding on the coattails of his father-in-law.
I know where a 73 charger is in a junkyard with a moonroof it's all there and by the way there's 2 69 chargers
Who's at the keyboard?
40:28 is it a cat or rat running right to left around the building?

That would be Josh then Mark😆
He calls that growing up in the hood with nothing...he would shit his pants where I grew up.
Would be Nice if there was More Work, Left the Channel about half way though!

I just started watching this show. It's awesome, but please tell me he fires Daren. That guy and his hair are ridiculous. So annoying.

They edited Mark playing Pull My Finger routine with Darren who was dealt one too many.
