Really good job. Some issues are to be considered. Vane (GI sheet)thickness may not be sufficient. After few months it may come out from solder or get bend and efficiency will be reduced. Suction power shall be reduced by air leaking through brass bush. Over powered motor.Mixie motor speed is very high and not suitable with this application.The same set up you can use with other motor. Anyway your idea is very much appreciable

Waw. Super idea. This could be used for pressurized flow in kitchen taps for quick cleaning with less water. Connected to the regular line from mini storage sintex tank and a small by pass line should be extended to the tank as reverse. One you close the tap water go back to the tank till we switch off the power to the mixer(motor).

But Mixer grinder motors run upto 30 min only .
There is no advantage as compared to the
Centrifugal pumps
Telgu brain required for development
It's can use an emergency purpose....
Continuous run is 30mins
Later after some break again it runs no issues.....
If they are rruun continuously for 30min and stop means no company wud hav manufactured mixer grinders

Your idea is awesome, if I may suggest - few design improvement would be to upgrade the impeller, cooling system for motor, automated control for switching the power supply via IOT.

Bhi 2000 me 1/2hp motar mil jata hei . Jo 375 watt kachota hei aur 400 se 2000 watt tak ki hoti hei . Jo 45 minutes se jayda chlega hahi vse to 3 minit ke baad har baar band karna hota hei . Kya fayda esa motar se .
