CORRECTION: I mention in this video that koalas can only be held in Queensland. A kind viewer pointed out that they also can be held in South Australia and Western Australia. Thanks for the correction!
We were pleased overall with the plan. Not so hectic that we were exhausted but we still experienced so many different things. Still, we can't wait to return!
How did you manage to pronounce Macquarie as Mac Querie. Westfield is an Australian company. The Australian Kmart is not the American Kmart, although they use the same logo. Because our corporate executives, are not too imaginative.
Thanks. 😳Honestly, I REALLY mispronounced it before our trip and I think the time between the trip and doing the video I forgot the proper pronunciation. I promise to get it right in future videos.😀
@@TheKoalaMamaTravels I’ll forgive you this time mate. I have to confess I’ve visited the states a few times and I’m sure I’ve mispronounced a ton of names. Come back again ! Cheers !
Believe me, I loved me a good Blue Light Special, but my experience with Kmart back in the day was that they tended to be messy, dimly lit, and yes, were often dirty
You're absolutely right... Western Australia, too, according to Dr Google. I obviously misunderstood what the guide said. Thanks for the clarification.
Possibly, but there is a difference between video for my personal use and video uploaded to UA-cam. Since I did not have her permission to appear on the video I released on my channel, I did not think it was right to show her face.
@@TheKoalaMamaTravels Good lady. Being an ex-cellar door salesperson from the Hunter Valley, I can assure you most of us working in tourism never signed any social media contracts as part of our employment conditions and some of us don't like our faces plastered all over the internet. It's hard to find respectful people like you these days. I hope you enjoyed your visit to my neck of the woods. At the turn off just past Ernest Hill Wines on your way to Peacock Hill was a road to the Hunter Valley Zoo. I'm sorry to tease you with this missed opportunity but you could have seen more koalas there. Cheers and all the best with your travels.

Great video! Hope you have a great time in Australia!
Most definitely did and can't wait to return!
KMart in Australia is owned by a local company; nothing to do with the American chain. Glad you're enjoying your tour Down Under 😊
Westfield malls are Australian, they started in western Sydney, Both Kmart and Target are Australian-owned here just franchises of the US business.
wow... I had no idea. Thanks for the info. Answers a lot of questions!
Port what?😂
The Koala park sanctuary at Pennent Hills in Sydney is a hidden gem!
We actually visited there and it's mentioned in my latest video on our time in Sydney!
Hope you and your hubby enjoy your vacation in aussie 😂😂😂😂
We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!
Looks like a well paced trip.

The way you know you had a good Ozzie wime tour, is when your friends ask you did you enjoy your wine tour and you think what wine tour
So true!🐨❤
You are visiting some really nice quiet places that don't seem overrun with too many tourists.
Very true! I think part of it was traveling when school was still in session, but even in Sydney, it never felt super crowded. thanks for watching 💗🐨

Hey guys it’s Port Mc Quarry not Port McQueery. Im sure you wouldn’t have heard anyone in Port Macquarie calling it Port McQueery.,
Thanks. 😳Honestly, I REALLY mispronounced it before our trip and I think the time between the trip and doing the video I forgot the proper pronunciation. I promise to get it right in future videos.😀

ARE YOU trying to say stores are not clean in the usa ?
Believe me, I loved me a good Blue Light Special, but my experience with Kmart back in the day was that they tended to be messy, dimly lit, and yes, were often dirty
Koala handling is permitted in South Australia.
You're absolutely right... Western Australia, too, according to Dr Google. I obviously misunderstood what the guide said. Thanks for the clarification.
without saying . our arms are open out wide for your next visit. do not be a stranger
awww.... thanks! Honestly can't wait to return!
1:46 What’s with the blurring of her face?… I am sure she knows that she will be photographed and video recorded by tourists!
