I went to my nearest Gigabyte service center (D.M Distributors [Paltanbazar, Guwahati, Assam]) to get my monitor (G24F 2) fixed (issue: Flickers). The manager said that the monitor will be sent to Kolkata for replacement and he also told that it would return on a minimum period of 10 days. But its been 17 days till now and still i haven't got my monitor. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO RETURN? Edit: The manager ignores my messages.
Sorry for late reply. I personally don't know how much time it will take but I will suggest you to call kolkata service center . You may get an update from there, if they know something. Usually any such thing get resolved within a max time of 3 weeks. If they don't respond as well then let me know, update me with your req id and other req details on insta, I will try from my side.
@AniketTechTips I tried to call on kolkata service centre to know why but they not even responding 😒 they did switch off their phone that's crazy what else should expected from gigabyte

They took my monitor and said that when the replacement unit comes, a message will be sent for you to collect. How long will it take? do you have any idea?
It depends on the model. It's best if you keep calling them for updates because they will update you only when the product arrives at their place and is ready to be picked up by the customer. I will recommend you to get updates and ask for an estimated date and what's the current status of the service requested.
I am getting horizontal lines on my gigabyte g24f2 monitor since last month, i have bought it 1.5 yrs ago from vedant computers. I called gigabyte service centre on phone, they noted down my details n serial no and said they will contact within 2days. I am so clueless what to do and very tensed. Can u suggest me something bhai.
You still have 1.5 yrs of warranty left. If you have the box and bill then you can go to the service centre and claim the warranty right away if you don't want to wait for their call. Btw are you from Kolkata?

Iam from murshidabad. Agar mai gigabyte ka rx 6600 gpu amazon se purchase karu and within my warranty year mai koi problems aa jaye to kya mai kolkata gigabyte centre mai mera warrenty claim kar sakta huu ???
Main samjha nhi? Kya aap puch rhe ho ki online purchase kiya hai and warranty claim kar rhe hai? Agr yehi sawal hai toh haa bilkul kar sakte h. @Devilgamer-602
Yaa, i can understand, did they fixed it afterwards? If not then go again and this time check thoroughly before accepting the product. Don't accept if it's still faulty.
@@AniketTechTips yes it like the same issue happening after repair but more less frequent resolved after 5-6 restarts who previoucly required like 10 restarts. Lets see what happens next time
@@AniketTechTips I can I mean I have bought the product before 3 months and it was already heating I asked the dealer he said it will be fine using so I ignored then suddenly my my gpu stopped working and I went to the service centre and now they are denying to repair but why it's still on Warrenty but they denying it to repair that's crazy man in just 3 month and yea also i think it was a default product bec sometimes It already stopped working many times so I thought maybe bec of the hdmi connection but now I'm regretting to buy this 3050 rtx gigabyte and they not even supporting or helping man 🙂did I just waste my money?
What reason did they give you for not repairing or replacing it? Please check if the reason is mentioned under gigabyte warranty policy. If it is then we are screwed. All brands have these policies to save them from heavy losses. I mentioned it in the video as well.

due to durga puja the services were closed aprox it doesnt even take 3 weeks but it can take upto 1.5 months max on availability.

Pack it in the box and go. But I will recommend you to go to the service center after durga puja as the service may get delayed due to the festival.
