Have been working my way through the new factory presets and if you haven’t taken a look at the Stereo Tape Delays preset in Bank B, definitely do. Immediately thought of you when I played it. Some really cool ideas in the delay block that I think you’d dig.
Oh yes, loved that Soldano, Eventide vid!! One of the best tones I’ve heard online, Looking for a similar head ever since to pair up with my ET3000 and the Axe3 of course I have the Ada mp1 also , all those shrapnel vids can’t be wrong

Just always have that thing on my shoulder, wanted an axe for years, wish I could try it out. Idk what happened with the preorder stuff. But never got an email to buy.
Hey Leon! When you say you have a factory preset are you implying that we all have access to it simply by upgrading the newest firmware for Axe Fx 3 and Fractalbot? Or are you taking factory presets and making them hot Toddies (see what I did there) and then sharing your monsters creations with us all?
Leon, I know you are a metal guy at heart, and maybe I have asked this before, but have you done a video on clean sounds and more specifically the Fender amps in the AXE FX III using a Strat (I see you are using the Strat in this video) or a Tele? If not that would be great.
my problem with Fractal is not the quality it is Tops .It is the Service after Sale .Guys that can barely afford one .usually buy a preowned one Fractal Axe Fx .but once the units go into the Legacy category things seem to drop off a lot .you cant get parts of repair for the Standard or Ultra anymore .Guys with the Standard are having a hard time getting original Factory Patches reloaded because the editing software has long since. outdated
Fractal support have been pretty good in my experience. I have an ultra and the software works fine. I was even able to buy a replacement encoder from fractal for it. The Axe-Fx II received firmware updates for nearly a year after the III was out.
@@LeonTodd sounds like Fractal made a Exception for you on your Ultra Fractal has a statement on their website about the Standard and Ultra are no longer supported and parts and service can not be had for those units

@@LeonTodd Ahh thank you sir! All my preset banks were full so it didn’t add the new factory presets on the update. I deleted quite a few I wasn’t using and re-downloaded bank A from Fractal’s site 🤘🏼

Just load the latest factory banks with Fractal bot, hot toddies pre-installed!
