It's so satisfying to watch AFO finally lose his composure and control over Shigaraki.
Honestly, feels like we've been waiting years and years to see AFO so much as misstep once, this? This is beautiful to watch unfold. Hes losing his grip on his army, his quirks, his lifespan, and now his attempt at mindmelding into Shigiraki seems to be unraveling. On one hand, fucking amazing writing to see it happen. On the other... I feel like it's almost too much PLOT ARMOR.

I'm honestly not a fan of this being how he goes down if it is. The entire body snatcher plot has never been explained to us but he went from praising shigaraki for remembering his origin to it being the weak point in his plan. I dont mind everyone turning on him, but that also shouldnt really be a surprise since we know people have betrayed him before and we know he has planned for betrayal explicitly in recent memory. Nagant didnt blow up by herself.

It’s like Tomura knew that AFO was using him for his power and after he gets what he wants by finally Obtaining OFA he’ll crush him, thankfully he finally broke free but still is a major threat to the world by trying to destroy everything more importantly I really hope shirakumo finally breaks free too with the years he’s lost being kurogiri under AFO’s control mostly by the doctor but that’s what villains do, they always betray each other for their own desires to get what they want in the End also I’m still glad gentle finally came back being the hero he deserves and earned. I know izuku still wants to save tomura but I’m still questioning the other Remaining members of the league because Realistically after all the innocent people and children they’ve killed up until now. They need to be taken out Permanently since jail is no longer an option
Well for shigaraki there is a small chance, cause deep down he is still Tenko, I’m actually glad Gentle & La brava get a second chance cause their crimes were only mere child’s play compared to the League of Villains’s Onslaught throughout the cities, plus Gentle & La brava are my favorite Characters and my number 1 Power Couple and I’m also actually glad shigaraki turned his back on All For One but who is to say that All For One won’t do to him like he did to Nagant, cause it’s like he has Nano Explosives in the people’s bodies and his Power Palm is the trigger, the tide can always turn, the possibilities are there!

AFO and the league is too far gone into madness
This is my thoughts on their redemptions
- Tenko Shimura/ Tomura Shigaraki - I am almost certain that Deku will save him, and that Tomura will be the one to kill All For One. After all, the relationship between the two is kind of like the relationship between Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine (literally. There are so many parallels to Star Wars that it's almost like a retelling of the story.)
- All For One - Considering he is the Palpatine of the series and literally the most villainous character in the series, it is more than likely he is going to die by Tomura's hand. Hopefully, he'll give a "Deku, I am your father" moment before he gets killed.
- Toya Todoroki/Dabi - This guy is pure evil and is literally falling apart. Even if he doesn't die by a heroes hand, he will die from overexertion.
- Himiko Toga - Considering how badly Ochaco wants to save Toga, I have a strong feeling that she may see the wrong she's done and be forgiven. On the plus side, it could give Hawks a chance to redeem himself and actually make the offer he made to Jin a second time - this time to Toga.
- Mr. Compress - I have a feeling that he and Gentle are going to battle each other in the cage. While he has done a fair share of crimes in the past, he mainly done them out of the fondness of entertaining people, and rarely did anything to actually harm anyone (Overhaul took his arms so it's fair to say that he could be forgiven for that.) That said, I think he and Gentle may work together to help Deku save Tenko.
- Spinner - I honestly doubt he is going to be offered any chance of redemption, not because he is irredeemable, but because he is in a coma thanks to his load of quirks.
-Oboro Shirakumo/Kurogiri - Considering the struggle that is going on in his mind, there is a possibility that Shirakumo may come back and join the battle. A slight possibility
These are just my opinion, of course.

I love how AFO was so confident in his control of Shigaraki and then Shigaraki just fucks over his entire plan in a few seconds and while I'd love Deku to win the fight he's absolutely fucked his only chance is to talk Shiggy down and if he can't he's a goner
This chapter is another outstanding one. Let’s see what info I can get out of this today.
Lady Nagant returning like this made me so freaking happy I can barely contain myself. Because of course she hasn’t healed enough to proper fight after exploding. But she just WILLS herself to the rooftop of the hospital to do some GOD TIER SNIPING. Hawks words and Deku’s words have been beating in her skull ever since that fight. She wants to be optimistic, she wants to do what she always dreamed of. She got put in the division she didn’t want and freaking Rocklock looks at her in the eye and knows she’s being genuine. She was the former safety commission hero on many espionage missions, but she freaking can NOT hide her true thoughts well. So he just gives her the intel to take part knowing she has the skill to do her part doing what she does best. And she KNOCKS OFF HIS HANDS. (Temporarily.) I can barely see the falling island from the wide shot. And it REOPENS HER WOUNDS. God I hope she lives. After what she’s been doing she’s earned her place. Heck she earned her pardon. The public safety commission WAS a problem. And I get the hunch a number of heroes see that.
It is so strange seeing faceless AFO again, but I suppose that was the AFO that appeared in season 6. So he must’ve started the transfer of his quirks AFTER his injury with All-Might. (I know that’s a duh, but I’m bringing it up because there might be something else there.) But Shigaraki FINALLY starts forcing himself out again and we can see that AFO HAD properly engulfed Shigaraki during this fight. They were kind of a mix, but then AFO just ENGULFED him. But if there’s one thing we saw A LOT of in season 6, it’s hardly just 1 way. It never was. And Shigaraki all quirks is the opponent we’ve ALL been waiting for. This is the ACTUAL main antagonist. AFO is NOT Deku’s opponent. It’s Shigaraki. THEY are the successors and near the same level of will. (Even if Deku has a better willpower than ANYONE.) THESE are the final contestants for this final battle of the MAXIMUM power of OFA and AFO. (I’m hoping Shigaraki still has the other quirks to keep this fight at maximum creativity but I’m not entirely clear on that yet even if he regrew his hands already.)
When it comes to AFO, we all know who is coming for him. Hawks is NOT in good enough shape after fighting CRIPPLED AFO. Prime AFO he stands NO CHANCE. I said it once I’ll say it again. In order to show us what Shigaraki and Deku are surpassing, AFO and All-Might have to throw down at prime. And although it will be highly improbable, THAT has to yield BOTH Shigaraki and Deku getting to maximum power and surpassing their masters. I’ve been exploring this ever since Mirio got his quirk back. I know All-Might MUST still have the prime as the raging inferno vestige in the raging inferno. That is imagery I can’t ignore. And Deku does not stand equal in the vestige world as the other holders for unknown reasons. (They didn’t bother giving HIM a throne to sit on in OFA. But all their thrones are exactly the same size.)
I once again also need to point out that Tomura Shigaraki and Tenko Shimura are addressing themselves as different beings origin or no. Most likely because Tomura Shigaraki is the “vestige” of decay. And since he’s been wearing the Nana hand that forces up personalities throughout season 1-5, it’s likely that they are genuinely different people. And AFO has been raising Tomura, NOT Tenko. And for whatever reason, it might be glitching or a temporary facet. AFO isn’t getting forced up, so Shigaraki comes forward with his greater hatred/will. But what about Tenko? We saw Kurogiri glitching and Shirakumo struggling again when AFO called for backup. So sooner or later Deku will be face to face with Tenko as the ACTUAL personality within that body. Even if that road is a long one.
Also I’m REALLY hoping that person taking pictures is the same one from the season 4 intro. The one that spawns cameras everywhere. Because he would know EXACTLY what he’s looking at. Guy just dove off the falling island with the villain so it’s a 1v1.
I need the battle to go elsewhere now. I don’t know what they’re plan is for Aoyama’s assassin battle or the class teams fighting the liberation leaders. We need to start ONE of those sooner or later. Deku is in the city now so who knows if Stain is nearby. (Although he was last seen nearest the Todoroki vs Dabi battlefield.) Some more jailbreaks are likely to occur for Mr. Compress to get the moment Horikoshi mentioned. I’m wondering where the next transition will occur. Because as much progress as there is, we still haven’t gotten to the bigger slugfests of this finale. I’m sure of it.

I can’t wait for the next chapter to come out but at the same time I’m sad that the series is also coming to a end, also I watch your chapter 350 about other kids who could potentially become afo successor/vessel and how they could parallel class 1a, and it made me think what if all for one raised a army of teens with multiple quirks, I find that very interesting

Shigaraki wants revenge against the world for the hellish life he experienced in his childhood home and the society he felt abandoned him after he left the home in ruins.
That hellish environment that triggered all this was born from his father's rage over being abandoned by his mother, Shigaraki's grandmother.
The grandmother did what she did because she was the current wielder of One For All and needed to keep doing so to stand against All For One who was still a threat.
Ultimately all this started because of AFO trying to become a "demon king" who rules the world.
So if AFO hadn't existed, there's a good chance that none of the suffering Shigaraki endured would've happened. Shigaraki is focusing all his rage in the wrong direction.
I was hoping someone would be recording the final fight between Deku and Shigaraki (my guess it's one of the Business Course students). Given the state of the world and how much support AFO has gathered across the globe, simply defeating Shigaraki won't calm things down. Shigaraki has come to represent an idea and that idea can only be stopped if Shigaraki denounces it.
Here's how I think it'll roughly play out: The real AFO will try to join the fight. He'll die either at Shigaraki's hand or from the Rewind. Fight between Deku and Shigaraki will continue until somehow Deku finally connects with the scared child at Shigaraki's core, "rescuing" him from his own darkness like Deku has been promising. Shigaraki will either surrender or die in some fashion (maybe by his own hand) but his death won't be in such a way that he'll become a martyr. Everyone that supported him and AFO will have lost their idol and will surrender.
Nah villians gonna win and the world will plunge back into darkness forever.

I really like how this chapter confirms that Shigaraki is smarter than he lets on, he literally outsmarted all for one and had a back up plan the whole time. The true symbol of fear is finally back!

I figured Shigaraki was going to take control back towards the end of the final fight, but it looks like that happened way earlier than I thought. Which is great, because we get to see a proper Deku vs Shigaraki.

@@thermslusitania1151 Deku said greatest hero, not number one hero. Deku could die, and people will remember him as the greatest hero for defeating Shigaraki, or Deku could sacrifice One For All and become quirkless, but the people will still consider him the greatest.

@@creed8712 That’s what I’m thinking too. Deku sacrifices OFA and becomes normal again, but unlike the beginning of the series where they treated him as lesser and inferior, the people around him treat him with respect and admiration. Bakugo becomes the number one hero as that’s his goal, but he’ll still treat Deku with genuine respect for his sacrifice of his dreams. Deku could work as a teacher at UA after a time skip, likely a tactician teacher as he’s a good strategist.
It’ll be a bittersweet ending as Deku will be powerless again, but he still changed the world significantly.

He doesn’t matter. Yes, Hori said he’ll be revealed, but given he’s trying to end this series quickly, at most we’ll see him in the end listening to his son on how he became the greatest hero.
Other than that he doesn’t matter to the narrative.
It is a good twist, I mean now we can say that shimura/Shigaraki are the same person we could say he is more twisted than AFO, the point I'm trying to make is that now there is not excuse on saying that it was shigaraki not tenko doing all this things but no it's all ways being the same person
We're still a long way from the end. As far as I know, there's four bigger problems, toga, dabi, floating UA, now this.
On the final battle of deku vs shigaraki, I wish we finally get to see the effect of the new order quirk towards shigaraki where he just straight up get shoked and cannot overpower deku easily due to many of his quirks being destroyed.
It's great to see that Shigaraki has finally managed to break free from AFO, and regain control over his own mind and body. But there's still the fact that the real All For One (the one who was facing off against Endeavor), is still out there, and will probably come and find them both.
One thing I'm wondering is, what's going to happen when he finally gets to them; is it going to be a small free for all? Is Deku and Shigaraki gonna team up just once to take AFO down? Or, is it going to be just Shigaraki who takes him down, once and for all?
What if the unidentified character near the end of the chapter is Taneo Tokuda? He was the guy with the camera quirk who was interviewed and took a photo with Midoriya.
I think the person at 8:08 into the video is the one student that was underneath UA a few chapters ago recording what was going on. You can see a peek of their tall hair on the left side of the Manga frame shown
Glad to see AFO take an L, I can't stand him. I actually like the LoV as villians, because some of them were like good people who simply made bad decisions (like what Hawks said about Twice), but they were actually fighting for change. Meanwhile AFO is just _destroy numerous cities because why not_...
And I hate him for turning Spinner into a mindless maniac. He used to have the highest sense of morality in the league too. He even questioned the league's goals like 2-3 times, even saved Deku from Magne at one point.
You know Nagant. I know your still super injured but there was nothing stopping you from using those two rounds of yours to Lob Shiggys head clean off, which probably would’ve killed him and end this nightmare.

I honestly expected this from the moment shig was supposed to be the vessel. Although I'm sad afo didn't get a big battle or dramatic reveal.
