One of the reasons I got out of residential cleaning (18 yrs of service) is that the majority of customers are ungrateful and very picky almost impossible to please. 90% of the homes need a recurring service at least once a week in order for the areas to be maintained. Customers expect the home to be perfect on the 1st cleaning, but that is not being realistic. It takes multiple services to get to that level. Having a cleaning service is a luxury. We as cleaners work very hard. I"m very detailed and didn't get many complaints, but when I did, I didn't like the way it made me feel because I worked hard. I eventually changed my company to commercial cleaning that was the best decision!
There is a fair share of "Bad" cleaners out there as well as good cleaners. So if you find a service that does very well, express gratitude and kindness to the cleaner and he/or she will always make sure to continue to provide excellent services
Same. I’m been working more with realtors, companies that buy and refurbish homes, Airbnb’s, and commercial. And now I’m fully booked. I still do homes from time to time especially for my OG clients. The icing on the cake for me was getting scammed by an elderly lady. Till this day I have yet to receive payment.😭
Thanks for sharing. I’ve been thinking of going to business as a house cleaner. But maybe commercial would be a good thing. I’ve been a caregiver for a long time.

The one on our storefront is the one on our truck, if you want the NAMA J2 (the one in our apartment) you have to go to their website (it's not available on amazon)
Nothing wrong with hiring help!! Once I get my things set back up right, I will have someone coming to my house twice a month to deep clean! Do what brings you peace of mind!
My roommate and I had an ‘ahyi’ (basically auntie) come to our apartment every week to clean and wash clothes when I lived in China. It was SO nice 😩 I miss it so much. Can’t afford it (yet ✨) here in the States, but one day 🤞🏾

I’m doing a fruit fast , I’ve been eating crazy and I’ve been back on the grind the last 2 weeks with eating right . The gym is no problem it’s always the food for me 😂😂😂 I’ve been eating at home and making sure my portions isn’t out of control 😂
