If you've an issue as a Lawyer, the judge says visit GLC to solve your unprofessionalism case of AG, and if the judge hasn't received any form of letter from the SC to hold unto the case. So if you write to SC and she hasn't then law isnt by words. By documentations and precedent

The problem with Ghana is the confusion that eloquence equate knowledge - in law it is by prove, and for criminal cases, beyond reasonable doubt.
Lets focus on the main issues and not the defeatist strategy!
Sammy Gyamfi made the same noise during the elections pétitions and ended up going to court without evidence.
Where are the forensic scientist in Ghana? If there is no institution to study the tape, they should send it to overseas for further investigations.

What happened to going to court and proving his innocence? Is the NDC afraid that there’s evidence to convict Ato Forson, therefore they’re trying to distract attention and cause chaos?

Sammy Gyamfi is so ignorant of basic law and as usual using oratory to make baseless points.
If the AG had taken a tape or typed a coercive letter and asked Jakpa to sign, then it’s admissible in court. The AG could then take it to court as signed plea deal. Even then the judge would ask Jakpa again if he is the one who signed it.
NO MATTER WHAT THE AG SAID ON THE TAPE, IT IS NOT ADMISSIBLE IN COURT, BECAUSE NOBODY WAS UNDER OATH.
If Sammy Gyamfi has other tapes, they can only be used in public opinion but most likely not admissible in any court!!!!!
