Hello, Can you please break down the variations you played with the Beguela? I have been practicing Beguela, but don't know a variation for it. Thanks so much.
Can you make a video on how to bend the Verga without breaking it? I tried bending mine but it was really hard and I was afraid to break it. The only thing I know is to put the Verga in front one foot. Then place the verga underneath the knee cap with the other leg. I tried bending it but it was very difficult.
